Bachelorette 10: Edit-Storyline - *SPOILERS* - should we bother? Oooohhhh... why not?

I see Andi's body language in screencaps with Chris as relaxed and even sweet The daytime kiss at the farm with both of them smiling as they kiss looks like love. I think she looks at peace and has found her boy.

I "think" so too. Ha ha! I'm not good at sticking with mass opinion... LOL!

Granted, they are not "rocking our worlds" with their on-screen performance, which is why so many here think there's no "connection". Reading some of the criticisms remind me of last year's Chris being accused of too "friend zone" with Desiree. Then again, everybody was focused on the spoilers (eventually there were four of them) confirming Brooks as F1 too, so maybe that impacted some of the thinking.

To me, he is the one most resembling... and I don't mean in looks... her dad. Let's put it this way: he "kinda" walks and talks like her dad in a slow-but-sure way. My impression (from the little I've seen on screen) is that she is always on speed-dial with Papa Hi. Every crisis is discussed with him, every bad day at work is discussed with him, every bad relationship battle... Hi isn't just Daddy, he's one of her best friends. He was tough on Juan, humorously, but was real gentle on the guys in the mansion when he checked up on his girl. (They're in the hulu/abc.com outtakes.)

What Andi seems to want (not that I know what she wants) is a guy who will be a great listener. I am not saying the other guys aren't... but you can see how much both Josh and Nick like to talk and talk. Her facial expressions when she listens to them are amusing. Lots of lop and chop in Chris' date suggesting somebody thought they looked TOO comfortable with each other.

Gee, I wonder what scene that was... it seems to be a favorite topic of discussion. Everybody is eager to "prove" they are not right for each other. After a full season of Juan and Clare groping each other, I don't put much stock into "on screen" body language.

I didn't really see the chemistry between Chris and Andi on that date, but looking at the cap from Chris HTD, I can tell that the chemistry did get there. I was surprised that I liked Chris. I was unsure pre-season, but he seems like a very nice gentlemen.

That is what I have been bringing these over here. Some of these posters have been spot on in past seasons.

I guess the caveat will be how much editing is throwing off the results.

I agree with the Marcus not being into her as much as she is into him. That whole episode (particularly the GD/CP) was of her pretty much chasing him around and talking up a storm about him and he seemed like he could care less. Well not really. He just seemed like he was neutral on her/the whole situation, despite the fact that he was saying he was "excited" (which is actually pretty tame and non factor to this show).

Based on what we know so far, I think that Andi's real final 2 were Marcus and Josh.  I see no real connection yet with either Nick or Chris, but it is still early.  I get a feeling something happens along the way for Marcus to leave at F4 and we have another not really F2 remaining (Chris L instead of Frank, Drew instead of Brooks, Jesse instead of Graham).  This is my opinion today, but may change!  

I get the feeling from Andi and watching her with some of the frontrunners that she must absolutely be loving being the Bachelorette, possibly more than any Bettes in the past!

Me neither with the bolded. LOL. I am interested in seeing more though..wonder who they are hiding this season????

Very true. I didn't see Andi pulling away from Chris...

Re Chris/Hy similarities: Yes...both are physically sturdy in build, the classic Rock of Gibraltar man, supportive, good listeners...Andi seems to confide in Chris, he give her comfort after the melee of the night before. "This date has meant more to me than you could ever know."..Her comment shows me she needs more support than she lets on.
As a lawyer/bright woman, I think (hope) she gets the Red Flag indicators that tell me Josh has no real career, talks too much about his "Momma", quit sports as a teenager to "start a family young" and at 29 is still single. I could go on...
