   Chris was identified as the striped shirt writer.  He may be the secret admirer letter writer but not the pinky ring guy.

Nick's handwriting from the flower note is quite different from the handwriting shown in the SC we are talking about.  

Marcus, in epi 3, gave Andi a letter but we never saw it.  He might be the pinky ring guy.

I can't see Marcus or Nick being the secret admirer because Marcus handed her a letter and Nick signed his note so neither started out "secret".

Who knows, maybe Josh or another guy writes her something too and one of them is "pinky ring".

I actually wonder if learning the news of Eric's death changed Andi a little bit.  I am waiting to see that episode.  I wonder if they will show us the five of them interacting that episode once they learn the news.

Also Marcus seemed so into her, I could see her letting him go if she wasn't going to chose him to lessen the pain.  An overnight date would have made it even worse.
