I can not figure out Nick at all, but as long as you "wuv" him, Murasaki, more power to you! He is definitely... unique. He resembles a Teddy Bear to me. I'm just not sure if he is Paddington Bear or wise-cracking TED. I guess she resembles Desie with Brooks a little when making out with Nick. The editors are certainly making sure we stay focused on him this season.

The reason only a few here are with me in the Chris as F1 camp is because he is practically Find Waldo this season. I partly blame his silly letter... if that is his. We don't want to see Andi and Chris as just Pen Pals.

What are your top THREE reasons why you see Chris as F1?   I really really like Chris but there is that Iowa thang and you said it yourself he has had NO screen time except for his 1:1.

1 - his 1:1
2 - his 1:1
3 - his 1:1

Everybody here thinks these two lack "IT". Good grief! Are we all watching the same TV show? She was all over him! Giggling up a storm as she selected his shirts, drinking the Mint Julep, all gushy wushy when talking with the other couple and all "I haven't seen you smile this big all day and all night".

Obviously Eric noticed SOMETHING going on since he insisted she replaced her Pookie Face with a Poker Face soon after the Santa Anita date. Eric was always "around" Chris like his shadow in so many scenes.

I think they are hiding him for two reasons:
1.) Something... SOMETHING... must be going on between these two that the editors don't want to show. We always get equal portions of the top four guys each season. Unless their connection is too lousy to air.
2.) I guess he will be The One who "fixes" Andi when she collapses after Eric's death.

What baffles me is why she keeps dolling out the H-word even more frequently than Emily did her season. I think she only mentioned the word "engaged" loosely once. Otherwise this gal has the "ball and chain" on her brain. She does say on her promo that her LIFE changes forever at the end of this... whatever that means.

Marcus can not be cut    at F4 unless he decides to leave. OMG is right!!!   Honestly I don't see how she can pick Chris over Marcus unless everything falls apart in the next few episodes.

This could be the point where she decides to gradually slow her relationship with Nick which as of Epi 4 I thought was progressing really well.  I do still suspect Andi likes the challenge of making a sceptic into a believer for the purpose of the show. After all, the whole purpose of The Bachelorette is to get viewers to suspend belief.

I thought the secret admirer letter was sleuthed out to of come from Chris?  Him writing the letter with his striped shirt on.

Chris was sleuthed to be the writer in the striped shirt (no pinky ring)

It's possible that the secret admirer is a different writer.

Well if the pinky ring writer is also the secret admirer then there is that issue of the Boys11Men vid (not a recent vid) that someone posted in another thread that shows one of the singers wearing a somewhat similar pinky ring and writing a letter or copying the lyrics from a cd jacket.  I'm thinking that wouldn't connect to Chris because that Boys11Men vid makes it seem that there is a producer driven writer.  So I am hoping there are 2 letter writers in that pic.  Of course it could be that Chris is the secret admirer and another person is the pinky ring writer.  Still 2 different writers. I just want to believe that Chris is authentic 'cause I like him.  

This logic is in the same vain as "Rosebud" from the basketball date being a reference to Orson Wells.

Whose to say he doesn't?  I think RS got some stuff wrong and if any other season is an example, Chris will get another date.
