In past seasons an f1 has always been shown to get a little bit of time with the lead even in (rare) situations where they did not get a date - I think JP in ep2 where Ash reassured him. Nothing for Chris which does not bode well  for him. IMO of course but waiting to see what you think ?

That and the fact that he doesn't get a second 1 on 1 date does not, imo, look good for Chris being F1.  He maybe out at HTD instead of Marcus.

yeah just  RS messed up with Drew and Zak's elimination order last year. After episode 3, and realized that Marcus and Josh going full force on SM while Nick and Chris stay low-profile, i would think Josh prolly groomed as TB..Marcus did go to DR soaking lots of tan and Nick potentially be the F1.   :cutesmile!:

That's true, and that's why I said I could see it happening. I don't know if Chris is F3 or F4. As for F1, no I don't believe he is.

Chris S is NEVER a choice for Andi. She would never move to a farm, so why even keep him to the end? She must be doing it so he's the Bach next season.

Not right off, I don't. However, by the time of when they start making phone calls, yes. I do think they have a group of guys they want as the next Bachelor and Chris was one of them and he was available by that time.

One thing I noticed was how they addressed the rumblings that RS had heard about Nick, how some guys thought he was skeptical and didn't really believe in the process, and was just doing what he could to get to the next date. As soon as I heard that conversation, I thought, here we go this is going to be the turn for Nick's edit, for the worse (I think others thought the same).

But then before you could even process that thought, they go back to Nick's conversation with Andi where he is straight up telling her how he feels, which to me "mirrored" the other guy's worries about him. Maybe I am way off base, but I felt as though the editors put that in their to "prove" to us that he is genuine and sincere, despite what RS/others have said.

I also felt like I kept being reminded of the infamous Nick video this episode, like they kept "proving" what he said was "true". I.e. Nick constantly talking about "craziness" of the show wanting to do something "normal" in the real world (ahem K-mart LOL) and then Josh's hot-headedness coming out (although looks to be producer driven).

Based on just interaction stuff if I were unspoiled or the video wasn't out there I would honestly think Nick was the dark horse F1. But I completely agree that in terms of voice overs and "easter eggs" Chris is definitely getting the most and most promising, where as Nick is getting the least and least promising.

Boys II Men overall opinion about Andi's "chemistry" with that group (minus Chris, JJ, Dylan, Nick and I forget who else): "If this is any indication of who she’s gonna choose, you won’t have one on this show. She should just leave by herself."

Just because I don't know if you are remembering or not and since it has been the most recent of seasons, Chris Sieg in Des's season didn't get a date in epi 2 and no face time either. And in Ben's season, Courtney epi 3 had no face time either.(from the stats I kept anyways.)

Edited ** Snark  From the stats I kept and I have been keeping the same stats since season 3 of the Bachelor, she didn't have face time during the episode where she had no date in epi 3.

I think that was in SF when Lindzi had her date. I remember Courtney didn't go on the skiiing down street date, but then at the RC he said he missed her and took her to that secret spot. That was also the episode that Shawntel showed up I think.
