I'm sorry but I keep hearing about the hug at the AFTR...Chris is just a hugger. Every time I see him anywhere, he is hugging someone. Of course he is going to hug his F2. He is not going to act like a jerk like JPab. He clearly cared about her and some of his other longer lasting ladies. I'm of the firm belief that tptb knew this about Chris and told Britt to do the hug thing because he would respond. It just seems to be his normal modus operandi. Nothing really outstanding there for me.

Why is it Juan is brought up so much ? Chris and him are totally two different people.  Even Chris H and Sean thought the hug was to long so I disagree that he hugged the other contestants as long as he did Becca.

Sean never said the hug was too long. If he did, please point me to where.

I used JPab as an example of a lead who was disrespectful to his F2 as opposed to Chris who was not. Other then that, he can stay in the archives.

Also the hug thing - he hugged whitney Carson just as long. It's just him.

Exactly. Jimmy Kimmel as well. It's his thing. He's a hugger...which I find rather sweet in a guy.

Jmo, but I doubt that their friends would say online "their body language and chemistry was just off... that relationship is on its last legs". Even the girls on Michelle's spreecast, after saying that he was smitten by Becca and still seemed to feel that way at the AFRC, said that they think that whit/chris will last. No one close to either of them is going to betray their confidence and tell the world about any potential problems.

I think they are trying very hard to make it work.  Will they?  I have no idea.  I expected them to be further along and more joyful at AFTR and in interviews post show, since the real love story starts when the cameras end.  Still waiting to see if they will make it or not.  Just like we did with all the other couples from this show.

To both of these, this is my problem with Chris, add in the inappropriate touching of Jade at WTA.  Act like an engaged man and stop copping feels with every woman you come into contact with.  I still think Whitney decided to come to LA because Chris hasn't show her he could be trusted, JMO.

Oh and maybe, just maybe try to sound as happy about your fiance as your F2 or dance partner in interviews. That would be good too.

I watched ATF again today and I think Whitney is uncomfortable in the sit down live interview format. She was kinda out of breath and wide eyed.  I also think she was very nervous since the situation is out of her control which I think she finds hard.   I'm not sure it is an indication of the relationship as much as Whitney herself.  

But time will tell.

I wanted to watch a couple of episodes of Chris before I watch him with Witney on DWTS,

This is a very edited show as everybody knows but TBTP shows us a story or a memorable scene of what they think will be the outcome for the couples after the show, for example... the mesnick rail wail, the E. D. volcano eruption (Jillian season) or an elephant ride to the sunset (Sean and Catherine). They kind of give you a clue of their insight on how the couple will fair after the craziness is over.

During the family meet and greet, I wonder why they included a scene of Chris convincing his family that Becka is all this and that, almost sounding like a talent manager..right after a Whitney visit? He knew that his family would approve of Whitney over Becka, and he was probably counting on Becka to commit to the idea of Iowa and tell him that he is enough, and that she is head over heels in love with him, so he can a more solid ground to propose to her. But Whitney is the sure thing, so...

These are all my impression watching the finale. I'm too lazy to watch this season. Its on ABC and DVR. But Viking is far more interesting and Better Call Saul.


edit: His dad just said it! "Whitney is the sure thing, but its Becka who he wants.". His dad and I are on the same page.
