Nick Viall - Bachelorette 10 Contestant - Plane Vid - Discussion - *Spoilers*

I have a question about specifically what Nick said about Josh:

I am paraphrasing here, but Nick said something along the lines of "Josh won't say/do s**t"

My question is why would Josh need to say or do something about himself being the F1? Exactly what would Josh need to do or say? That's confusing to me.

Also, in the video the only name we clearly hear is Josh's. If you surmise that Nick is talking to a family member, would they know who "Josh" was? It seemed like the other person on the show knew a lot of details about the show, which could not have been a family member, since they are not allowed to contact them.

Still a lot of questions surrounding this video. I showed it to my 17 year old nephew and the first thing he said was "is this real?"

The video is real imo Doubt they will bring it up at the ATFR though.

I believe the "he won't say @&$?" is referring to the fact Josh is a YES man and doesn't really call Andi out on her "negative" traits. I'm not saying Josh is or is not that guy just I think that's what Nick was referring to.

Isn't it possible that Nick actually told the person sitting next to him that he was coming back from filming a reality show or something like that? I know that there are strict confidentiality contracts out there, but contestants break them all the time. I remember something about Chris Lambton telling an airplane passenger that he was single and over Ali (or something similar). Maybe he just wanted a bit of fame and attention from the person sitting next to him, and didn't consider that someone behind him would actually notice and film his conversation.

I have not seen anything in Nick that he wanted fame out of this . I doubt seriously that he would say that to a passenger that he has never met. This is the first time that I have ever heard that Chris L .said that just does not sound like him. IMO

I have a hard time with this being a planned foiler video after watching Andi and Josh last night.  If she went from kissing him the way she did in the pool to green lighting her fiancee talking crap about him in less than a week, she's a stone cold *edited*

I agree. I can't see Nick saying to a stranger, "I just got dumped on The Bachelorette."  Plus, RS said that the person filming him recognized him.  I still find that hard to believe since the show hadn't even began airing yet.  I consider myself a super fan of this show, and there in no way I would have recognized him.  I would now, but definitely not before the season began airing.

Well then I would think her fiancée is an edited. If it's legit though, I have tremendous respect for Nick. It comes off to me like a very intelligent, thoughtful, kind man who just went through a heartbreak. But what the heck do I know?

Fame was the wrong word - more like just want to share his very unusual experience. And, I can definitely see a stranger going "Hey, I'm coming back from visiting my family...what were you doing in Charlotte?" and Nick going "oh, I was filming this reality show called the Bachelorette". I don't see why that's SO crazy and unbelievable. RS even said "Every single contestant who’s ever been on this show tells people what happened four seconds after they get home from filming."

And, RS also says "I know who sent me the video, I have all the details behind it, how they got it, how they recognized Nick, and how authentic it is". If said Bachelor fan heard Nick talking about the Bachelorette even briefly, he/she could have easily gone to RS's website to find out who he was.

Let's turn the tables and say that Andi picked Nick.  Now let's say that RS received a 30 second video of Josh talking about Nick. 
What if Josh said, all he does is strategize and scheme.  He talked our ears off and didn't get along with the guys.  He's arrogant, insecure, likes to play the victim. He has a bad attitude, needed constant reassurance and manipulated Andi every chance he got?   Then to add insult to injury he spoils the season.

IMO Andi would be pissed at Josh just like she's pissed at Nick and has every right to be.


Maybe they will talk it out after the ATFR but if I were Nick I would be embarrassed to face them.


One reason why they could be filming Nick is because Andi doesn't want him at the ATFR.  It's clear from her social media activity that she has little use for him.  She's been so protective of Josh through out filming, making sure he knows she is commited to him and outside of filming tweeting pictures of their dates and none of Nick's and favoriting team Josh tweets.

If Nick went a little too far planting those seeds of doubt about Josh that he talked about in the video I can see Andi bowing up at him.  It will be interesting to see how Nick's exit plays out.
