One other thing, isn't it illegal to record someone's voice without their permission? It is in our state, but not sure about federal law or various state laws. Good legal question since they were in air space at the time of the recording. I think it is all a ruse and that would only happen if Nick were F1.

I listened to RS video chat. He was asked if he would donate $10,000 to charity if the plane videos were a set up.  He said he would donate $10,000 gazillion dollars he is so sure they are legit.

He thought about sharing a screen shot of the tweet he got about the videos and additional information about the rest of the conversation that wasn't recorded.  He decided there is no need as the video's prove Nick is F2.

Starting to doubt the authenticity of the video.........Don't they have producers assigned to them? Would he just be by himself on a plane after filming? Seems a little odd the tptb would take that chance. Does anyone know or have heard from past contestants how it's handled after the guys are not given roses?

I can believe some random fan spotted Josh, took a picture and sent it to RS. It's more plausible than RS knew Nick would take that particular flight from Charlotte then hire someone to get on the flight, sitting behind Nick, anticipating he would blah blah blah to someone...

This is a valid question. Why did I think it was a very remote possibility that anyone would recognize Nick since filming just ended and he really wasn't known yet to the general public, but I didn't think the same would apply to Josh. Wasn't it someone from Dallas that tweeted that picture? He would have had to have been on the same plane or arrived at the same time on another plane, and be going through customs at the same time.
