I added a few more observations to an earlier post after re-watching the limo arrivals. Not going by any cookie cutter formula, but I was reminded that the Bachelorettes differ a bit from Bachelors in that the F1 is "traditionally" shown arriving out the limo door. However, we have that great exception of Jef arriving by skateboard, so the "gimmick" guys like Cody pushing a limo could also qualify.

Silly tidbit: In the olden days, a big deal was made whether or not she watches the guy enter the limo. Roberto was the last to get this and because Chris L. didn't, it was used as a "clue".  JP and Chris did not, however, and Jef's was too fleeting to matter. Lately just the "hot guys" get it... the Sean Lowes, Aries, Ryan Parks, Bentleys, Drews, etc.

1.) Marcus = Drew = Sean Lowe = Ryan Park. They need to change that it-is-getting-old guitar rift used to signify the "first out is the handsome-est by HER book". Like Ashley H. with Ryan, Andi is "woah" with Marcus. These ladies must get ink blot tests pre-season to determine what turns them on visually. (Gets door shot as possible F1, words "nervous")

2.) Chris the Iowa farmer gets the same soft guitar intro used in MTA and ATFR shows, not that it means anything. Scene ends a bit abruptly. (Gets door shot as possible F1)

3.) JJ... music is gets boppy guitar rift for "off-kilter" contestants. His line "have a good one" is just so lame. He's not selling her insurance. (Gets door shot, though)

4.) Marquel... she says his entrance was awkward in their sitdown later, but he seems pretty poised here. (Gets door shot as possible F1)

5.) Tasos walks too fast as if he's less interested in Andi than she is with him. He "tasos" about Lovers Bridge in Paris, making me think he's here to be her tour guide. Even instructs her too much on the procedure of his "adorable" lock. Me thinks these two are too-too much alike in their fussiness. (No door... not F1)

6.) Cody the personal trainer shows how he can push a limo... but no clue how well he can "push" a woman who doesn't change her mind easily.

7.) Steven the Cali Boy is definitely too "far-away" for her tastes (i.e. give up the law practice to go surfing the Pacific), but I am guessing she keeps him long enough to see she can convert him into a Southern Boy. Uh oh. Andi has an... *drink!*... obstacle to overcome. You can't force these guys to be just like you. You have to... *drink!*... compromise. (Gets door shot, though)

8.) Rudie legally states "May I approach the Bachelorette?" Is it just me thinking this overall nervousness is getting out of hand? (No door, not F1)

9.) Carl has a nice blue collar firefighting occupation like Mr. Sutter. Dad would like him if she doesn't. Actually, her body language is favorable here, awing his arrow present and saying she's excited he's here. (No door, not F1)

10.) Jason the doctor does not turn her on despite how nice he is. Something about his hair, I guess. (No door, not F1)

11.) Nick Veee has her seeing polka dots. (We see a door open but we don't see HIM open it. This rules him out "traditionally" as a F1 prospect because even if he flubbed or bumped the door, they would use it as an item of "interest" in their "journey". Includes a brief shot of her seeing him leave, but nothing special.)

12.) Dylan gets the full F1 entrance, making me wonder if somebody had high hopes for him but his "nervousness" ruined his chances.

13.) Patrick... soccer jock with music to match. No "nervousness" with him... a rarity with this troop. (Gets door shot)

14.) Emil asks her if she is having fun with this "so far". Obviously she hasn't seen Cary Grant's funny bourbon intoxicated scene in NORTH BY NORTHWEST with Emil the cop since she repeats his suggestion of "anal" instead of properly spelling out the name in her mind. (No door)

15.) Brett and his lamp... and her expression with the lamp... alas... has my interest in Andi once again plummeting some notches. It was a joke! "We need to return this to the hotel." Huh? Don't fuss so much about it. They have a crew here who will do it. Are you going to be picking at your dress next time a guy doesn't interest you? (Gets door shot, but it is wasted on the stupid lamp)

16.) Craig repeats Juan's gig with the champagne bottle. Eww. Yet I am surprised she is turned on by the stunt. He may be "average" in looks on her scale, but actions speak louder I guess. Her body language suggests that she is definitely thinking "stuff" about him. (Jumps out from his door)

17.) Ron... opposite of Craig. Too poised to do that kind of thing despite being in "beverage sales" and eager to go inside and "grab a little drink". (No door)

18.) Bradley arrives after "poised" Craig to show he drinks "culture" as an opera singer. (No door)

19.) Denver Josh gets two "thank you"s from her... poor guy. (No door)

20.) Ugh... another gimmick: the golf cart. Nick Esssss. Actually he's somebody I would want to see go far on this show simply because his soft beard and receding hairline makes him completely different than the other jocks on the show. Also he is not "nervous" like most of them.

21.) Brian gets a F1-ish entrance (door & music)... and probably be my initial guess had I not been spoiled. She didn't bother asking him about himself but loved looking him over.

22.) Andrew gets one of the happy-go-lucky upbeat instrumentals, but her "thank you for coming" sounds too final for my speculation. (Gets door shot)

23.) Mike... not sure if she is into the long-hairs or not. No talk of "nervous" here but these two did look awkward together. (No door)

24.) Eric... you know they will give him the best edit possible. Slushy and soft orchestration here. I am wondering if the two Peru dolls will play some sort of "role". (No door)

25.) Atlanta Josh says "wow" coming out of the limo. Intriguingly, Andi was also last out of the limo last season. (Nice F1-ish door open like Marcus and Chris. Like Marcus, he got the full "hot" reaction as he left.)

I honestly don't think Marcus would be a good bachelor because he wouldn't take it seriously.He's young for the show and he has alot of time to get married.He would just see it as making out with a bunch of hot girls and wouldn't really care if it didnt work out in the end.Chris is 32 and would probably take it way more seriously than Marcus would.

Thanks JBF! Good stuff. Since Josh was in the 5 to watch, and I know there have been a couple other F1's in the 'ett'e 5 to watch, but I'm wondering if they thought, if he isn't the F1, he will be one to watch for the next Bachelor. I would think they have a few in mind when they are cast as contestants.

Is the 5 to watch announced before filming ends? Not that any of this really matters.

I have to disagree with you. Read the question that Chris was asked and he answered what was asked of him. All that was asked was "look like" and that is what he answered. There was nothing superficial about that.

Nick was asked what his ideal's personality would be like - totally different question.

I didn't want Carl to leave yet!! Not surprised Craig & Nick S didn't get a rose.

It's early, but for a F4 I'm guessing...Josh, Marcus, Nick V (not into him at all-so I hope not) and I know someone on here mentioned Chris in the preview but I'd like it to be Patrick or Dylan instead. Hopefully Patrick isn't the one that gets her all upset next week.
