Agreed.  Did you check out the discussion in the other thread (I think Nick's)?  I provided some RS tweets which seem to verify that he received the tape on May 11th.  I believe the date of the FRC was verified by several sources.

FRC on the 9th so as long as she didn't let her F2 go after the meet the parents date or some other scenario that would move the FRC to an earlier date then what has been sleuthed is correct.
What is the location of MTP dates? It wasn't in the filming timeline thread.

Ok I have major problems with the idea of this video. Here is why it just doesn't make sense to me.

I like to consider myself a pretty fanatic Bachelor/ette fan. Obviously...I'm here on a message board.   I'm not sure I would have recognized Nick. I mean, when were the Bachelor profiles/pictures released to the public? And when was this filmed? Let alone when hearing him talk would have thought, oh my I better start recording this he's spoiling the season. And I'd like to consider myself on the deeper end of fandom. So what are the chances that a Bachelor/ette fan happens to be on this plane, happens to recognize him, happens to sit behind him, and happens to overhear this conversation and thinks "I better record this he's spoiling the season"?

I'm sorry but that is way too many clauses for me. I can't buy it. Also I can't believe that he would have a phone conversation in a public place when he could be greatly sued for such an act...All of this is way too fishy for me. Someone brought up Chris last season being seen giving roses with Elan around. To me, this video is exactly that...a red herring produced to encourage the Josh spoilers.

If it's a red herring, it is working to a degree for the very reason you stated. Those in the public who know the spoiler would be watching Josh's scenes more closely to see the love story unfold and would therefore be more likely to spot him in public or follow his socmed.

I must say after I saw Elan post a pic of Nick without his pants in the mansion kitchen I did go back and listen to the vids again. I am familiar with Élan's outrageous plane tweet prank. If this was his doing, it would basically be a metaphorical pantsing of RS. No one forced RS to post it. If he was suckered, so be it.

   Funniest thing I've read today! Thanks for the laught!! I think after Des' season we are seeing how much joy TPTB and MF receive from (to borrow your phrase) depantsing RS. And the lengths they are going to make him look like a fool. I wouldn't put it past them that they're doing it again.

I guess an answer could be that he was talking for a while, and she heard him say "The Bachelor" and that he made it to the final 2 and wasn't picked. Maybe that's when he/she started recording it. We didn't see the call from the beginning. That is the only logical explanation I could think of.

Different topic.  I think the Dylan date is going to foreshadow Andi's date with Josh. Also the GD convo with Eric that shifted from a bit of scepticism to Eric talking about his family. We haven't had much conversation between Andi & Josh but likely their 1-1 date is going to be turning point either way ...I'm guessing for the better.  This will be when Josh opens up about his family.  I read in a Josh thread that his dad is a cancer survivor.  He may talk about that and we might get more insight into why he set aside his athletics to support his brother. Andi told Nick on their 1-1 and that she needs to know  "the why" so she can better understand how someone interacts.
Josh, like Dylan, has had a lot of time at this point to be reflective.  Josh could very well be the writer of the secret admirer letter and has been waiting for alone time, like Dylan said he was, to purge himself.  Once a person has shared those intense feelings or key moments in their life then the bond is much much stronger.
I think I read Josh's date is last so that will be the last date memory of France.  
This could be the point where she decides to gradually slow her relationship with Nick which as of Epi 4 I thought was progressing really well.  I do still suspect Andi likes the challenge of making a sceptic into a believer for the purpose of the show. After all, the whole purpose of The Bachelorette is to get viewers to suspend belief.
