why would he?...they could have easily set a producer on the  line feeding him some faux questions so it would look natural   . Come to think of it..there is no way in the world Nick could hold a poker face...so perhaps thats why we dont get to see his facial expressions?   

one thing stood out for me as weird is  : why the heck Nick didnt catch someone recording him in the back when he turned to the woman and saying sorry?. i mean, human eyes are not like chicken' eyes.. :P ..we have more view ranges...(if you know what i mean...)

I think that lady was complaining about him talking loudly but I think she'd be near the person recording him? Yet we couldn't hear her as well. Maybe I'm just tired and confused. If you watch it again, tell me where you think the recording person was. When he turned to say sorry to the lady, wouldn't he see her/him?

but then again, after take a deep breath, i (and perhaps all the Chrisvillers) can remember well this is the same TPTB that made Chris handing out roses to a bunch of girls in Seattle (w Elan) which made a lot  of us (Except me..hehe) think he was filming a segment of his intro as next Bachelor. Then just about california90 was ready to submit her application to be one of Chris's contestants  , he put a ring on Des's finger!

we know Nick has faved one of Elan pic with a girl saying ' The one that got away'. who knows if that means anything?

i officially develop a hate/love relationship with this show!  :why:

I think you misunderstood me. Forget about the person filming Nick for a moment. Lets say Nick was talking to a friend on the phone and the friend asked him about the outcome, he could have told the friend that Josh was F1 because he is not suppose to reveal the real outcome. He was following TPTB rules, maybe he only told his parents the real outcome.

That video I making me    I see some strong points against it and for it.

Mura I remember everyone saying that Chris was too heartbroken to face Des at the ATFR,   so he was filming something in Seattle to say he was fine and moving on, handing out roses. Nothing ever came of that, or why they filmed it.. I remember they allowed people to tweet pics of Chris giving girls roses. The only thing that makes sense now is that is was to support the foiler. I can see them doing something like that this time with the video.

Exactly.  Why be fined a million dollars or whatever it is? That's the odd bit. He placed the call to whoever because no one would know he has his phone back.  He is in a plane surrounded by people.  He will be in a airport (more private) and later home. This could simply be ABSOLUTELY TRUE or Nick playing a prank on a friend or sibling - not intended for any other use. Any part that would reveal the real outcome could be false.

Critical is verification of the filming date of the FRC and the date of this flight.
