Ok... just ruminating here in the absence of more information...

So Brooks leaves then immediately feels bad and returns to try and work it out.
Let's say Des rejects him at this point... and moves forward with Chris and Drew.

At some point she tells (or they find out) Chris/Drew about Brooks ... and Drew leaves (crying scene), Chris stays.
Then Des realizes that either:
1. it was Chris all along... and they end up together
2. She really wanted Drew all along and pursues him.

Thoughts?

I wish. But I think the scenario you didn't choose is most likely. Brooks returns and she keeps him.

^^ yes, I think Des is physically attracted to Drew. In fact, she has told us how good looking she thinks his but I don't see much more beyond that. She certainly doesn't have the emotional connection I see with Brooks and sometimes with Chris.

If Des wants Brooks, and Brooks wants Des, then that's what I wanted because based upon what we've seen, I love them as a couple. I believe they are happily engaged, and Des is planning her quiet, intimate wedding and can't wait until the ATFR to tell the world and be with her guy.

Actually seeing Des with the last three guys. I think she is best suited to Drew. They remind me of another Ashley and JP. When rewatching their dates. There is alot of chemistry there. And the physical attraction is quit obvious. Even at his home town date. She has both hands on his. Not like the other dates where they are just holding hands. I also noticed that she initiates the kisses with Drew alot as well as Drew doing so. It's cute, it is like they can't get enough of each other.

ITA. And it's completly reciprocal. The seduction body language has been strong. I guess the hot FD will be with Drew especially with the press release speaking about "reserved man" (typical TPTB audience distraction).

Perhaps, but if its one thing I've learned over the years its that if they haven't "shown" it by now, it ain't coming. I kept waiting for it with alot of favs over the years and was sorely disappointed.

The hero???? :puke: What makes him a hero?? Is it the fact that he wasn't able to decide if he liked her enough unless he was talked into it by his mommy and sister?? Or is he a hero because he left, then decided that he would look bad and came back to stop Desiree from crying?? Or is he a hero because some of you think he is "totally hawt" and anything he does is amazing??

Decide whether you want reality or a manipulated and calculated love story. The two are not commensurate. If, indeed, you want the fake story that warms your heart for a minute or two, then I can be talked into agreeing with his "hero" description. For a minute or two.
