I agree. That floor exercise has been crazy tonight. Maybe it is too springy? Even the infallible Russians are having problems on the floor tonight.

I was happy for Ally on the USA team, it seems like she has been a rock as a solid number three and was actually pretty close all along. The fact she went last on two of four events shows that she is very good. They try to leave the best scorer for last.

Ok, I think I have a problem... Embarassed

men's diving, so not my thing, but here I am watching! Men's gymnastic's don't love it as much as womens...but I always end up watching. I grew up a gymnast so my love for it extends to both men and women. Hugesmile

Can't bring myself to change the channel! So, BP3 is recording and I'll watch later. Embarassed Opps!

Yes, she is!

Watched our USA girls win another match in beach volley ball too! That one gave me a few tense and stressful moments!

So glad the Olympics only last a short time and only occur every couple of years. If they were longer and occurred more frequently, I'd never get anything done or watch any thing else! giggling Although, I tend to watch more of the summer games than the winter, I think. Soccer, gymnastics, swimming, etc for sure...then I end up listening or watching to lots of the rest too! In the winter, I'm more for figure skating and then occasionally tune in for other stuff.

Is it bad that I want to call in sick to work every day just so I can watch Olympics coverage all the time? I am certifiably an Olympics addict. I have like the whole schedule memorized. I also get nothing done outside of work.

Go ahead.....I give you permission!

I am hoping to catch a women's field hockey game. The daughter of 2 of my HS classmates is on the team.

The two days of qualifiers for soccer last week, I worked from home so I could listen/watch! giggling So, I understand! I'm sure I'll probably have to work from home a couple more times before it over! Although, I had to force myself to get anything done! giggling

:Frown: Alright boys get your game faces on and get out of your heads! We need to pick it up! The men's gymnastics team has so much talent. I know all the athletes are under so much pressure to perform well, I can't even imagine it. But my heart breaks for them every time a mistake is made!

I don't know if I can watch the men's team right now. I get too invested and already knowing the results just makes it 10x worse.

I'm conflicted about knowing the results ahead of time. If the results are bad, I'm glad to know early so that I don't get too emotionally invested. If the results are good, then I hate knowing ahead of time because it takes some of the fun out of it!

Now may be a good time to go take my shower!

That is exactly how I feel. But I'm such a spoiler-whore that I couldn't ever bring myself to stay away from the internet or twitter so I don't find out. Like tomorrow with the women's gymnastics team final. I won't not be able to keep track of that on my phone. Those girls deserve it and I want to see them bring home the gold to inspire a new generation of little girls just like the 1996 team did for me.

And I need to know swimming results as soon as possible. Those races are still exciting even if you know the results.
