Bachelor Canada - Season 3 - Chris Leroux - Episode Discussion - *Sleuthing Spoilers* - #3

Reading these past few weeks carried me back to the days of sleuthing where spoilers did not exist.  In all those years, I never saw such a trainwreck. I feel bad for all who invested their time and emotion. You were all screwed, IMO.

For those who felt he would pick Lindsey, apparently he did until his 180 at MTP.  Mama knows best, I guess. For those who picked Mikeala, would you want to be in her shoes? He screwed Mikeala worse than he did Lyndsey, IMO.

With Arie's TB journey behind him, I'm so thankful TPTB haven't announced a furniture sale. Whew!

I thought the producers know already who F2 is (after talking with the lead). I don't think they just randomly send them out there. I think they do discuss with lead every step of the way including who is F1 and that's why the F2 is always the 1st out. So its no surprise that Chris knew Lyn would be up 1st & I think Lyn knew it as well... All Just My Opinion!!

Sleuthing requires time investment and one should do that not based on emotion so I respectfully disagree that anyone that invested time in the show got screwed. Some folks do a great job sleuthing without getting emotionally wrapped up with the contestants as it should be IMO. I myself chose not to sleuth this season because I couldn't spare the time but I appreciate the folks that took the time to sleuth regardless of who they saw as F1...jmho.

Don't feel bad for me because I was solely invested in the sleuthing . When that was completed I tuned out as I really didn't care who he picked.  A month ago I predicted that this would be the outcome, and RS' spoiler  just confirmed my conclusion. For me this season was a sleuthing success although I could see it being a dud for those who were emotionally invested and looking for a romantic ending.  

Looking forward to Arie's season where I can just sit back and enjoy him on my screen for a few months.

I've never watched a season just to sleuth, but that's me. I can't imagine anyone invested every Wed night to see this ending unfold, but maybe they did and they are thrilled they all go home alone.

Yes F2 comes first , but this wasn’t a normal season .... that was staged, nothing about that FRC was normal. Sounds like they discussed the issue of moving and decided to go their separate ways. He wasn’t in love with Mik and she even sensed it .... but it’s my opinion the producers talked them all into going through with a FRC. The impression i got from Mik though at ATFR was that she was probably most in the dark about what went down between Chris and Lynds.

I also thought there was still lots of unresolved emotion between Chris and Lynds...not that I think they’ll get together but just that their was more deep hurt between them as they did have some real feelings for each other. I think Mik was more embarrassed than anything.

I'm now more inclined to think that getting the 1st 1:1 date of the season isn't such a good thing afterall!
Its becoming more of a curse imo

@mprssdbyu...np....not everyone has to sleuth but the forum was created as a sleuthing forum and that's why myself and many others joined....some folks just genuinely want to figure how things unfold via body language, hidden edits, SC analysis, SM trails etc, nothing more, nothing less......jmho.

I didn't care who he picked and wasn't emotionally invested and I still thought it was a dud ending. I don't care if they fake it, but at least put a little effort into the acting.

Many Leads have "clarity" after FD --nothing new there. The F2 always feels blindsided.
Whether Chris felt love for Mik or not ,the fact is Lyn was F2 .

@mercieme Emotion drives me to sleuth. I've never watched a season I wasn't emotionally involved in. There have been many I didn't watch in their entirety. A few nights of a lead I don't relate to and I"m done sleuthing and ....watching!

I can't wait to hear Sharlene's take away.
