His words when talking to Lyndsey was that he “switched gears” .... to me that meant he changed his mind and at the time they were talking about him moving. She said she new it was a big ask as it was something she wasn’t goig to do but she said she was under impression he would make the move ... that’s when he says he switched gears ....she said it’s allowed ... but that she switched gears too.

Yes ... definitely watch it. Its an honest conversation between all parties I felt.

Thanks for the live posting everyone. This season was ONE HOT MESS. So glad I didn't invest a whole lot of time in it! So many SM clues that pointed to the finale. And I stand by my comment last week that Lyndsey was to Chris what Apollo was to Sophie. Young, talented people who have too much to give to the world to be tied to a mid-30s' person who wants to settle down.

I second this ....the live commentary was the best part of this season for me.

Has anyone seen the IG from Mikeala and Jesse. Wild Mikealas live IG saying she is single and available a little tipsy there having a blast. Mikeala and Jesse are roommates now. That is on Jessie IG.

Thank you ladies!!! See you at the Arie party in Janu-Arie. There we will have a real season with a real bachelor (hopefully). I can't say I didn't like Chris though. The right girl would have rocked his world and locked him up. He's a lightweight. He can't run forever.

I’m feeling bad for all 3 .... I liked them all and wish them all well in whatever they do. Despite what went down ... they all stayed classy when discussing it at the ATFR

I will watch it to get my own take on things, but again this season wouldn't be good if it wasn't for this forum and the fun of sharing. Both girls are beautiful in their own way and hopefully Chris' did learn something is a different person himself.

When I saw this (don't know how to bring it over here) on the BachCan Twitter feed says it all for me.

Yes, this is what I think too @northernviewer. Despite the cr*apolla coming out of his mouth later, up to that point it was Lindsay. If she had lived in TO or at least a little closer, she would have been the one. Yes, he liked Mik, but she was who he thought he should be with and Lindsay is what he wanted. He was petrified that she would dump him so cold feet Chris used mama as an excuse and flipped. 

I think you also mentioned that you thought he was forewarned that Lyndsay had also changed her mind, so no he was not surprised to see her come first, because he knew she was going. Then he went with the face saving plan B. That...sort of...proposal to date...was the worst I have ever seen! I was expected them to shake hands. There was no them frolicking after like we usually get...or some outtakes after the FRC. Zippo. It was like business being conducted. 

There is no way...no way...you think you are in love with someone who you don't have the x factor with. There were no butterflies there. Yes, they made out, but it was mostly her initiating. He was harping on magic with Lyndsay...even tonight. Magic!!! There was no magic with Mik. None. That was the worst acting at the final rose podium I have ever seen. Lyndsay sounded rehearsed. He didn't sound surprised by her announcement. It was all business like. Same deal with Mik. She looked horrible. I suspect she was also forewarned. She looked puffy...as if she had been crying. I'm beginning to suspect she knew the deal and was asked to play along...with the Bette being dangled in front of her. We will make you look sympathetic, people will love you, good for your business, beloved F1 where things didn't work out because he couldn't open up...etc...and you will be the next beloved Bette.

In a way this ending reminded me of Jasmine's....except with a lot less emotion. Jasmine was into both guys but she had the chemistry with Kevin, but I thought she was really emotionally comfortable with Mikhael. He was the easy, smooth sailing of her season. He was what she thought her head should pick, but the chemistry was off the charts with Kevin and she couldn't pass that up. Chris was the opposite this season. He went with his head and left the chemistry...or the chemistry pick left him...but you can't have a relationship if you don't have the chemistry and that was the problem here. The editors spelled that out...regardless of what he was saying after the fact at the end. He basically said the same at the AFTR and clearly Mik knew that.

I am sorry I wasted my time watching this. Honestly, if this is the type of programme they plan on giving us in the future, then I hope they nix the show. Who ever cast him should be fired.
