Marriage Visa
The most realistic option is for the couple to get married before starting the visa process.

to me that's the most unrealistic option. I still say go for the visitor's Visa. She can stay 6 months at a time while getting to know each other. If they split, nothing ties her to a country she may not want to live in. Nick has mentioned a few times in the various interviews, they are taking the proper channels, whatever route they are looking at.

Life is hard. Earning a living is hard. Social media, tv etc seems to be more than it was in my generation. I can't imagine what college tuition will be when my grandson hits 18. East coast schools were 40K+/yr 10 yrs ago.
If my kids could make a quick and relatively painless 100+K in a short time, I would say go for it as long as it was not questionably immoral or illegal.
I say this ^ for couples I like and couples I don't care for. If the relationship is strong, this is simply another life challenge. If the relationship is not strong, it won't matter it will end anyway.

Kasha I totally agree with you. With Nick not having a regular nine to five job he would be an idiot to pass up that kind of money to have for either himself or for him and V to have as a nest egg. I look forward to watching him......Now everybody can pick themselves up off the floor. lolol

About Andi's ATFR: his interview right after the show, he said he regretted for the comment. He remains the same attitude throught out the years whenever this topic comes up so I believe he's sincere. Many many times after I say something, I immediately regret and hope I can take it back. Good thing my mistakes are not broadcast for millions to witness! Now Andi and he seems to be OK with each other and I say good for both of them!
About Kaitlyn: she is an adult, no one forces her to do anything with Nick. In the beginning, she could have NOT responded to him if she's not interested. I remember reading somewhere that she would visit him in Chicago if she didn't get Bette. But she did and the rest is history... I say, it's all TPTB's fault that they cast K and allowed Nick to return. If they had gone with Britt or not let Nick return, we probably would not have seen Nick on the show again, again, and again...
About him choosing Vanessa: I have said it before and I will say it again: IF it's just a convenient showman to advance his TV career, Danielle L is a better choice, a beautiful LA girl with tons of on camera experiences. If he wants fun with 20-something, Corinne. I even remember when Whitney was sleuthed pre season, someone said she would be F1 because she's so beautiful. But no, Nick chose the one with the most issues. There must be something he saw in Vanessa that he's willing to give it a try, right? I don't know if they will make it, (no one will) but all I see is two adults trying to make it a go in real life and I appreciate it. Also, Nick may love fame, but he hardly hardly shill on SM. So far, I've not seen Vanessa shill anything either and I hope it will stay that way and she will devote her time on her newly found charity.

Also, the middle finger just  seems a juvenile response whether it's to defend against cyber bullying or be welcomed to the family.  I so wouldn't like it if my future sister-in-law chose that to post as the "welcome to the family" congrats.

Sure. All IMO, of course.

1. His behavior at Andi's atfr, which if I mention again might get me banned  so I'll move on.

Maybe they're the same and will stay together as long as the opportunities they don't want keep coming idk and no one knows. I see nothing at all genuine about him, now or ever. But he can prove me wrong, Emily M did anyway. Time will tell.

1. He should have bitten his tongue on that one IMO. He knows it and has apologized many times - one even on camera to Andi during the last season. IMO He shouldn't be crucified just for that.

2. Sharleen spoke about it in depth on RS's podcast about how he thought a lot before going on that season. He had hoped Kait wouldn't be the 'Ette and Britt would be chosen. He didn't want to lose her and was devastated when she dumped him. He stayed with Sharleen and her fiance after coming back and was heartbroken. I believe Sharleen.

3. Most of the Bach girls alum who know him have said that Nick is very good at giving advice. That has nothing to do with BIP alone IMO. Ashley I had said it long before BIP that Nick is her best advice-giver when it comes to her love life even when she doesn't listen.It was again Sharleen who had said that Nick does not just see women as a romantic interest. As someone who has followed him for years, I find that statement to be very true.

4. IMO If Nick was an opportunist who just wanted an easy F1, he should have chosen any of the girls from his season who have since then willingly for no reason moved to LA. Even Raven would have worked. Instead he chose the relationship which on paper seemed most difficult but his heart was in it IMO. Whether it works or not long-term is anyone's guess. Time will tell. As for DWTS, I don't want my face plastered on TV screens but for a $ 125K start+additional for dancing (which I love), Sign me up!

If you are going to look at net worth...on these Bachelor(s)and Bachelorette(s), their net worth has grown to over a million in such a short period of time...which to me in RL outside of the entertainment industry is unachievable to us normal people or harder to achieve...

Since Nick and Vanessa have that opportunity...why not take it... it will be fun and entertaining to both...both Nick and Vanessa are on the same page on that, not because they want fame, but because the opportunity is right in front of them, thus they are taking it with them doing it together...when they are discussing the pros and cons, I believe that they have also taken into considerations on how much they'll get out of it as a family and how much impact it would be on their relationships...if Vanessa wants to accomplish her dreams in reaching out to people on the importance of love/care to the special needs--this definitely is the best platform for her to use on what she has right now...I bet Nick has put her into that perspective, thus she is able to uproot herself without any second thoughts...

Nick's bursting out during Andi's AFTR was a sign showing how deeply rooted his pain had been and his naivety towards the situations--not being aware of the outcomes (he's probably feeling a lot of pain at those moments, not thinking that he shouldn't be doing this in front of the camera)...I didn't even think he was conscious of the environment on those moments of his revelations...

On Kaitlyn, Nick had felt being used on those moments...thus, him saying she didn't love him...she gave him the hope of ending up with him engaged only to be dumped, having him landed as the 2 front runners...they had sex before the FS, those, I think, are big encouragements/reassurances for him...

When Nick has mentioned that he understands now Kaitlyn's position, I think he is referring to how TPTB's assertions on keeping in with the storylines that is interesting to the viewers have affected/impacted him and Vanessa...on how/why TPTB has wanted to create more drama...he understands it more thoroughly through his struggles on doing what is right in contrast to what is wrong since he has already signed a contract to be TB...

IMHO this will actually be the biggest hurdle they'll have to overcome as a couple and the strength of their partnership will be tested based on how they handle it
What would be the options if Nick were to move to Canada and how does Kaitlyn manage to stay in the US? Is she on the 6 month tourist visa and she's not working but shilling because of that?

On another note, it's really crazy seeing a F1 that didn't break a million followers after the finale aired. It's been this way for quite a few years now and Vanessa isn't even close. All JMO

IMHO It's a sad a** world when your self worth depends on if strangers like you on social media. I couldn't care less if somebody follows me or not. I have too much to do in life to worry about something so petty. Again just my honest opinion....

I love the Vial family ! They have stayed out of the spotlight and supported whatever Nick does. You can see the love that they have for each other and it is unconditional love. JMO

Me too! They have a right to express their feelings about how Nick and now Vanessa have been treated by the media and SM. In general they have done it with a lot more grace and humor than some families. I wouldn't take the photos all too seriously. IMO they were done in humor.

K's situation may be a bit different because she had an employer that probably arranged the work visa for her since she was hired for a job that paid her income. Therefore she can continue renewing her work Visa and earn income, is my guess.

A) they are adults.
B) it's like any other person, some won't care. others might. It is what it is and not meant in harm, but jest.
C) it was not posted by their teacher.
D) I would imagine most of her students as well as most people who have seen the photo have used that gesture before at some time.
