Vanessa Grimaldi - Bachelor 21 - *Sleuthing Spoilers* #3

Hi quick question- does anyone know where Vs little nephew live? I am so hoping for at shv for Valentine's Day. Might be easier for N to exit San Diego airports without being recognised.

I don't think Whitney's statement (since I'm not sure he even knew her POV) had anything to do with the elimination... the same as I don't believe his choice of letting Dani L go had anything to do with Vanessa or what she might think of DL ... after all, I can only guess, she doesn't "feel" anything "better" about Corinne and yet, Nick didn't send "the blondie" home despite Vanessa's feelings. Danielle L was eliminated because he simply didn't feel much for her, for who she presented herself to be to him, JMO. And I wish Vanessa wouldn't be assumed cause of Nick's decisions (so far and moving forward) ... since IMO he makes them following his own feelings and motives, that he rarely divulges with the public (if not directly asked).

Oh sorry have another question.... would it have Been possible for V to have driven to NY last week for a night. I know Ns schedule was crazy busy but they were so close and it is something I would have done if in love with the guy?

It's a shame we don't get a full minute's worth of Nick and Vanessa's interactions since Episode 2. At first I questioned why Vanessa was so worried(confused) when their 1-1 time was so over the moon with chemistry. I'm not sure I've ever seen it so strong out of the gate with anyone on this show. IMO, their chemistry is so strong and so obvious they refuse to show their alone time. Therefore, the typical viewer is left clueless and confused about Epi 6. When TPTB or Nick have been asked for more details, they have side stepped the info every step of the way. IMO, it isn't her feelings for Nick that she is questioning, its her take away from the conversations that are always within 10 feet of her. She's not sure how to feel! If not before, the lines in the house were clearly drawn after that group date.

I've watched appx half of the seasons of TB and Ette and I've never realized you can't even read a book in your downtime. When your once piece of sanity in the house such as Dan M is sent packing, I can see total chaos next week. I'm not even sure I'm going to see that boat rock with Vanessa at this point. If it weren't for Nick, I swear I'd check out of this season! I'll gladly check just the links out of TB in the future.

It's certainly possible, but it would've taken her like half a day just to drive down to NYC from Montreal. And with Nick's crazy press tour in New York and flying back in the middle of the week, I don't see how they could've snuck in time to see each other.

I agree. I imagine after thinking they were being so careful and yet people watching like a hawk managed to notice a little orange peeking out in Vanessa's picture, they will be very low key with any meetups. To be honest, I've never focused on this idea of a set and defined pattern for how and when these two may be together so I honestly never even think about it.

I just think it's funny how TPTB haven't shown Vanessa's time with Nick for two episodes straight and were busy showing Vanessa show frustration towards the process and towards Nick during the last episode. Their storyboard with Vanessa is all over the place for me. Nothing makes any sense. If it wasn't for their connection and chemistry during that 1 on 1, I would've thought Vanessa was a MOT.

I like Vanessa but I'm not a fan of her incessant liking of comments on her IG... which I know they probably all do it nowadays it seems... but I really prefer when contestants don't have to like almost every comment that is about how amazing they are or comments comparing to other contestants. IMO, she could take a page a page from Nick's book and not like every comment that praises her because while it may be seen as just being nice or whatever I do think doing so overly much is ego-stroking to me. For me, it comes down to not believing one's own hype.... it's one of my favorite things about Nick that he has consistently said over the years he takes SM comments with a grain of salt because it's a slippery slope and he doesn't buy into the negativity and especially the over-the-top fandom since, as he says, he is well aware he is not the worst ever but he's not the most amazing ever either. I hope Vanessa adopts that same attitude. JMO

On the flip side I enjoy the fan interaction and that some of them acknowledge the nice comments. It kind of makes them seem even less celebrity like. JMO.

I think that she is only liking comments that are posted to her most recent IG post about her adult students musical in an effort to get attention for them and their cause. She has never liked that many posts before. I think that she is trying to be generous with regards to her students project.

I think it can be a nice thing too but it just feels over the top (not just with her) and reminiscent of what I saw from JoJo's seasons guys in a way (not as bad as of yet though thankfully). 

Also, the comments are not limited to her post about her students' projects either. She has numerous ones not related to that at all and are about comparing her to other contestants (that she is so much better). That to me is unnecessary to like comments about how one is basically better than other contestants.

She recently liked one by @pacozero about rabid fans of an already eliminated contestant who leave negative comments on her IG. All I could think was, who cares and why like that comment especially when she's not even tagged in the comment. 

I dunno, I am just of the school of move on/don't hold grudges and don't buy into your own hype on SM.

I saw that pacozero comment too. I wish she hadn't liked that either, because it's not Danielle L's rabid fans that started that rumor, it's RS. And, it's not only Danielle L's fans that are leaving nasty comments. By liking a comment calling her fans nasty and saying Nick was bored by her...it just doesn't seem classy to me. Whatever issues there were, just move past by them! She got dumped, you didn't. It doesn't hurt to be nice, IMO.
