I remember Andi used to that all the time too, where she would like tweets that were being mean to her. I've never really understood it, as it seems kind of passive aggressive, but it's much better than getting into fights with trolls, IMO.

Frustration - If you are frustrated typically reading negative opinions of those contestants you like, we suggest you read your post a second time before posting. If you are not happy with the discussion or feel it is being harsh towards those that you like, please do not post comments such as, you need to get off the forum, or you need to take a break, conversations are too negative for you. Those are comments that are not within the forum rules since they would be directed at members. Simply leave and take the break that you need.

Nick does that also on occasion. I think it reminds SM posters that a real person is aware of their comment. Not passive aggressive IMO. In Nick's case over the years I've sometimes seen the poster apologize when it is on Twitter.
There are very few productive options.

Maybe she's taking a cue from her fiance. The rare times that Nick has acknowledged negative comments on his social media, its usually in that vein. Just a few weeks ago, someone posted how much they hated him and he deserved to be alone for giving a sl*t like Corinne the group date rose (charming right) and Nick responded, "and you have a lovely day too."

LOL, there have been so many times someone insults him on twitter and @s his account and he responds, the person who insulted him is almost always overly apologetic. These trolls (and I say that because they @ the person or go onto their IG to comment) will do a complete 180 once Nick acknowledges them.

Nick & Vanessa's connection is out of this world and none of the other connection even come close to what they have - it's on a whole other level, IMO.

I think that's what makes it difficult because this show forces Nick to try with the others... but that's just the thing... IMO he is "trying" with the others. With Vanessa it's just effortless. There is no "try" with them... it just is.

These two just have *it* beatingheart

I watched that without sound as well and it left me speechless. These two have this chemistry that is off the charts. It reminds me so much of Ashley and JP.

Being liked by "everyone"? Let's revise ... people have their own personality and lifestyle, those who are more "confident or strong" (or bold, as Nick would say) to voice their opinion (their "truth") will speak their mind (wrong or right may be)... that means opinions will clash ... because it's not like "everyone" will agree with them (or even have to) ... which subsequently leads to people forming their own circle of friends and "colleagues".

Is one person better than the other because of the number of friends they can gather in their circle? Is something wrong with me, because I "only" got 2 best friends and 5 good friends instead of 10? ... And those BBFs are from the time of my elementary and high school, where I shared the class with 25 (30) people.
So yes, I acknowledge, Vanessa isn't the most likeable among the girls. From the SM appears that she formed 2 "good friendships" with Dani M and Taylor, she is on good terms with few more "colleagues from TB days" ... she's just a normal gal to me.

But that does speak something about her being a confident, strong and maybe even bold, outspoken and opinionated person ... nothing wrong with that either ... and being image-conscious?, it's possible, it would definitely be wise (mature) and advisable to be conscious of own actions and exposure (words) during filming of a TV show (knowing who will watch) ... but that doesn't stop her from expressing herself (emotionally and verbally), whether she's going to be liked or not ... while some prefer not to "raffle feathers" in order to "protect themselves from the negativity/criticism" ... all JMO.

I like what I've see of Vanessa on the show and off the show. I don't need to hear or see how many friends she made in the house to form my own opinion.

IMO Nick needs and wants a strong willed woman who voices her opinion
if she feels the need to. That's bound to clash with some people. But Vanessa was there to get to see if she's a match with Nick, not the other ladies. It's good to form frienships, which Vanessa did, but IMO it's not a judgment on anyone's character, if they didnt get many friends. Jmo.
