You can but I bet there's a big difference between legal and illegal pot. I don't think any of us can say that Derek is an addict or even has a problem with pot use. He can do whatever he likes when single but when you're married it impacts someone else. JMO

According to the previous tv poster it seems it is Ok to break the law because it is not a big deal to smoke pot. I beg to differ.

It doesn't really matter whether some people think it's okay to smoke pot. What matters is that Derek brought it on vacation or bought it there which is dangerous and illegal. I'd be mad too. I'd have hoped that he could have left it alone for his honeymoon. I'd much rather deal with a bus than this. JMO

IMO legality is not the entire issue. If someone prefers not to be around something then that preference should be respected, IMO.

I am happy Heather said what I have been saying all week. During tonight's unfiltered, she said maybe if I had communicated earlier, things might not have been this bad. Communication is key... not just nitpicking..

Imagine changing for the spouse and she doesn't acknowledge the effort. Then she complains that he resents her. Enough said.. Little Lillian (24yrs old) is much more mature and ready for marriage than 32yrs old Heather. #Heatherisnotreadyformarriage

Did you watch unfiltered? Her preference was respected, he stopped smoking but she couldn't even get down from her high horse to acknowledge his effort. Hmmmmm..

Hmm ... that's my opinion about Derek ... that he's immature and emotionally stunted, which in my opinion has much to do with smoking pot for a good number of his formative years.
