I feel the exact same way about Jordan. I think that part of it is his demeanor/personality. I think in general he is not a very demonstrative person and comes across as kind of the 'playing it cool'/laid back sort. When I saw his mom - who seems lovely and sweet - she was very calm, soft spoken, graceful, eloquent. When I saw his dad - who seems like a nice man - he was very calm, soft spoken, reserved. I think that Jordan can get riled up about things when he wants to - like the drama in the house, or general silliness with the guys - but he just comes across as emotionally detached with Jojo. His facial expressions don't do anything to help his cause either.

Here's an example of the difference between Robby and Jordan:

When Jojo said to Robby that she was nervous about the ex-gf stuff, Robby replies: "You know how I feel about you. It's real. I think I know how you feel about me." Jojo then says, "I trust you" and kisses him. Robby says "Please trust me, please, I won't disappoint you." I don't know how many times you've watched that scene, but I've watched it many times. It is so real, so raw, so vulnerable.

When Jojo said to Jordan on the bench that she was nervous that if she ended up with him that he might not want it for forever, Jordan smirks and turns the question around back onto her "Why wouldn't I?" Instead of answering her concerns with a direct response, first he tries to deflect her question. This is often a technique used when someone is lying and trying to buy time to come up with a response. She shrugs and he says it has only gotten better and better each time. When I watch this scene I don't see much vulnerabilty or investment by him into her.

I also think that Jordan may not have a lot of experience with relationships. We know he didn't have any HS sweetheart. We know he only brought home 1 girl (his most recent ex) 2 years prior. And we heard that the ex-gf did not give him high marks as an attentive boyfriend. I think when she questioned if he was 'ready for this' and ready to get engaged, she is thinking about this. I also tend to think that somebody's conversation in the family may have touched upon this.

Do I think Jordan is a bad guy? No. I see some character traits that have been emphasized by the edit that are unflattering. I don't see depth to his relationship with Jojo. I think he is immature in the romance department. And I do think he has been getting a bad edit. Again...why?

I really have a hard time believing that Robby would 'do something that wasn't right' to her. I cannot even fathom that. Seriously, I will be f***ing shocked if it turns out that Robby did something wrong to her. My family may have to have the psych unit on speed dial if it turns out Robby did something unsavory in Jojo's mind! I may go into catatonic state if it is Robby who is sent home using those words. She says she fell in love with a man who wasn't able to love her back the way that she said she wanted....that is NOT Robby. Robby would lasso the moon for her! And she knows that! THAT is why I cannot fathom Robby as F2. Nope, nope, nope, I just can't.

Therefore, I am left to believe that Jordan does something or he simply can't love her back the way she wants. Which makes complete sense to me, because I don't think he does a good job at connecting with her, validating her, working for her heart. I still think that there may be something uncovered by the Pitbull Brothers that is brought to her attention late in the game that gives her the lightbulb moment and she sends him home as F2. But I also just see Jojo coming to the slow realization that she is into him way more than he is into her, and that it won't work longterm.

I like your summary, it make so much sense. I believe if Jojo can get over Robbys girl friend fear, he will be F1, but I am not sure she will.
I really like Chance, but I think to say "IFIL with you" at this stage is a little late as far as TP concern. I can't wait for tonight. So excited!!

Sorry not sure where to post this question....When does abc go play the episode on demand? In Chicago we have a cubs game airing and tonight's episode won't be on until 12 am!!!

Oh, Hallelujah!  Ok, if you really want to believe that Jojo can get over Robby's ex-gf, I suggest this:  Go back and rewatch the HTD scene from the point when Jojo and Robby walk out of Robby's house. Watch Jojo's facial expressions and listen to her words and the tone of her voice when she says them. Then hit rewind and watch this part several times over. You may be able to see what I see.

I see her smiling and content when she walks out of Robby's house. I hear her tel him that the night was great and that even though the ex-gf drama 'is a lot' she is 'ok with it'. To which Robby nervously says that he hopes she could be better than just ok with it. To which she reassures him that it's just a lot to take in and a bit overwhelming. Listen to the quality of her voice. Focus on it. Kick every last person and animal out of the room if you cannot hear it clearly enough. That's what I do. Then watch her face as Robby tells her that he is sure of their future together. She then buries herself in his chest, her hands grasping his arms, as he whispers "I love you" and "Have faith in us." Then as she sits in the limo, look at the relaxed, calm, content, in love look in her eyes as Robby leans his body in to the limo to give her one final kiss. He calls her 'Babe' and she says Good night in such a way that there is no doubt that she won't be sending him away at RC.

Now ask yourself this: With the ex-gf's roommate putting out a rumor like she did (aka cyber bullying), what are Jojo's fears:
1) Robby will want to return to ex....He explained during the day portion and in great detail in night portion. NOT gonna happen. Jojo gets that now.
2) Robby will regret ending one relationship and jumping into another without taking take for him in order to fill avoid.....He explained during the day and night that he was mentally ready to move on from ex about April 2015. His mother and sisters told her that if he wants this he will jump in with both feet. Robby told her she is 'everything'. With a family like Robby's, I don't think he is lacking for company or excitement. I don't think there is much of a void if I understand his past relationship correctly. Because there was a VOID when he was with the ex.
3) The rumors will cause a strain on him and their relationship....He told her he thinks it is a 'flash in the pan' that people like to stir things up and then move on. He didn't seem concerned one iota about how the rumor were going to affect his reputation. His only concern was for how Jojo was going to think. When she had the magazine article written by her ex, she told Luke she didn't care what strangers thought, only what the guys thought. She wanted them to have faith in her that she was truly sincere in her search for a spouse. Robby was the one who rubbed her back when she was crying to the guys and he said to her "This was the guy who made you feel like an insecure person when you're not. Don't be upset." Now, Robby has asked her to do the exact same thing. Any question she asked, he answered. Any concern she voiced, he tried to lessen. He told her his concerns about having a strike against himself compared to Luke, Chase, and Jordan. He reiterated his love and begged her to trust him. He said he would not disappoint her. Then when that conversation ended, I am 100000% positive that each and every member of Robby's family vouched for Robby's character and intentions and probable told her some horror stories about the ex. Does she have to be worried that a mean-spirited, immature, and vengeful ex might try to cause trouble? Hell, Yeah! In fact, they will have 2 crazy ex's to worry about - hers and his. They will be able to start their own support group. With their communication skills they could pretty near handle anything as a team.

All of this is purely my personal opinion, as always.

I'm in the same boat as Cecilia...so either I watch it at midnight...or I'll catch it in the morning. Hope someone posts a mini-recap tonight. I would love it if Luke stays. It'll make the season ten times more interesting as far as I'm concerned. If not and then we follow it up with Chase exiting, well, Mia, move over. I'll be joining you cheering on Robby to the finish line.

I will do a very mini summary of show tonight.

First she elim Luke and he looked completely shell shocked. He was dumbfounded. The look on his face...ugh. She cried and doubted herself.

Next she is in Thailand saying she knows she made right decision.

First date is my Spumoni. It is a walk around the village date. It starts pouring rain, so they dodge rain and go into shops, etc. Dinner she gushes that she is very fond of him and hands him the fantasy suite card. They cannot get there fast enough. They are all over themselves immediately. It was adorable. She is over the moon for him. She does a PI where she actually tears up about him. They show scene of breakfast in bed, she leaves, very lovey dovey.

Jordan's date next, they hike up a mountain and into cave. Very hot and exhausting. Goes fine. At dinner she talks about plans for their future and he is clueless. Then he puts a spin on it and she is happy. Suite card and they go to room, very little shown. Scene of morning, she leaves.

She says PI she is possibly in love with both of them and is freaked out that she could fall in love with Chase too.

Chase and jojo go on boat to island, beach, water, he talks about his breakthroughs. Jojo says he is the most playful he has ever been. She has fun with him. While in her room getting ready for dinner, Robby pops in to see jojo. He is adorable! Back to chase...Dinner and suite card. When they get to suite they sit and talk. He tells her ILY and she immediately freezes up and excuses herself to go outside. She goes back in and tells him she doesnt feel the same. He gets hurt and shuts down, leaves, she follows, he is mad that she brought him to suite to elim him after he says ILY. She doesnt want him to leave angry but he does.

Next day RC, Chase shows up unexpectedly to talk to jojo. He doesnt want to leave on sour note, tells her he respects her, is not mad at her, and basiclally says that if she ever changes her mind he will be there for her.

She gives roses to Spumoni and Apple Pie and says she is in love with both but needs to figure out who is the best husband.

Previews of MTPs showing her crying and confused. Same thing...afraid of making mistake. If she picks Robby will she always wonder about Jordan. If she picks Jordan and they dont last, with she wonder about Robby.

MTA preview....Craziness!

IMO, Chase and Luke were clsss acts. I dont blame Chase for reacting the way he did. That really must have felt like a sucker punch! That was a nice gift he gave JoJo coming back to tell her what he did. That must have made JJ feel better.

Luke and Chase were shown in the MTA previews.

Nice Jojo, get the two guys I like best to say I love you and you say goodbye, way to break a few hearts...smh, don't understand her at times.

I didn't watch the whole episode, the DNC ran into part of it and didn't realize...I don't think I missed much.  I just can't get behind either of these F2, no interest.

Mia I think you said it perfectly-

Luke-you.will.be.missed. As Jordan was sitting there clueless, all I could think of was how beautifully you would have answered Jo's questions. *sigh*

Loved the look Luke gave Jo and the kiss to the head before he got in the car and his 'sorry'. "I was in love with her, but I never got the chance to love her". Still think there is a chance, not giving up until the end and we know for sure.
