The Bachelor 20 - Ben Higgins - F1 to F4 - *Sleuthing - Spoilers* - #2

In episode 9 Ben's VO said "telling Lauren I love her has complicated things"...

Maybe the Bensick reference is just to mess with the audience. 

It's a long shot, but it could mean that he really was all in with Lauren for most of his journey but had a change of heart at the 12th hour during filming instead of post-show. Hence 3/4 of a Mesnick and not 4/4.

I've been thinking about which F1 would be "going through hell" right now, to quote Ben. Lauren, who has had the pristine F1 edit or JoJo who has been basically dismissed because of the spoiler.

In my opinion, Molly answered that question for us in a Snap a week or so ago.....

That's a good point....but I would imagine, no matter who the final girl is, that they would be having a hard time as Chris Harrison, pretty early in, dropped the...in love with two women scenario. It seemed to catch Ben off guard when CH said it. F1 would then have to deal with that fallout....Jmho.

Very interesting 2 observe it really makes me wonder even more. My jumbled thoughts and questions. The preview for finale we hear him say something as the limo is pulling away like he is sending home a woman who does not deserve it. Could that voice over be from when he sent home Amanda or another one of the girls home? What does he actually say? Why did they show viewers Ben promising not to blindside JoJo in words from his own mouth? Does "Perfect" Ben break his promise by sending JoJo home after telling her multiple times he loves her? Wow how brutal can you be not just blindsiding but really knocking the woman to the ground when you do it. It doesn't seem to be Ben's character so it makes me wonder if spoiler is wrong. Viewers were not shown him promising the same to Lauren so it makes more sense with his "Perfect Ben" ABC pitch line to let Lauren go. Then again, is there really any solid evidence Nick met Jo Jo when she went to visit Becca? If she was final 2 they might have met but if she was Final One - no way. Does Ben let his mothers opinion sway him? Would his mom choose Lauren over JoJo based on hearing about the hometown visit? So for me, I am still teeter tottering until the finale.

GA, this one isn't the one where Chris H. asked Lauren if she was ready to be Ben's wife.  I watched several videos so I'm still looking for it.  

That video is so Painful.  The emotions of Ben, Lauren and JoJo are so real and so intense.  They were all so invested....

Did you notice that Ben "appeared" to sort of distance himself with Lauren when he told her he loved you BUT his head was all over the place (paraphasing)?  Did you also notice how Lauren bit her lip when he said it?

Yes!! From that preview and the body language and the eyes of all of them, it looks like he is going to pick JoJo imo. But don't tptb usually slant the final preview toward the opposite woman? And what about safe house visits? Would they put him on private flights b/w Denver and Dallas? Hmmmm.... Most indicators post show say Lauren to me but.... this has caused me some definite doubt. 

And yes Seabear that was so sad and would've been extremely painful for all of them. It makes me sad that a relationship had to start out this way. 

After watching the preview again , Jojo is contemplating a fairy tale ending . She's dreamt of a day like this. Lauren has the understanding and realization Ben loves Jojo too. But she mirrors Ben's feelings that he can't imagine Lauren not being in his life. (FD), and she can't imagine Ben not in her life.

I saw that pic and added it to my list of reasons why JoJo could be F1. It seemed to me that Molly was pointing out that Lauren was the one burned by the bachelor. Jmho

^^ And the heartfelt ILY to JoJo on their LCD. Would he lead her on THAT much just to blindside her in the end? I'm still having a problem with him "promising" not to blindside her and then he does? The word promise for me carries great weight. Jmo.

Not to mention Lauren's brother who liked a tweet that Lauren has got this in the bag. Seems like a lot of post show confirmations being made by family . Like on Des' season. Her brother post show kept saying don't believe everything you read when Brooks was thought to be F1. Seemed like he was trying to set matters straight amidst all the hoopla about Brooks. Imooc

Yes and there is the fact that Ben's friends follow Lauren on SM and her family follows or followed? Ben on SM. Would they do so if he chose JoJo?

ETA: Would tptb pay them each a $1,000 say, to follow Lauren? I mean, it's no skin off anyone's behind imo. If not, I hope I'm not giving them ideas here for future seasons.
