IMO Ben is not a hard guy to read, and he's been over everyone but JoJo and Lauren for a while. He just has had to keep them around. He's liked them as people but there's been no real spark. When I see how he acts with JoJo and Lauren, IMO it's clear there's more feeling and spark with Lauren. JMHO. TPBP can throw curve balls and edits, but imo it just simply boils down to him having more feelings for Lauren.

Laughing Waters. It's a private beach with waterfalls and there's a villa behind it. I think they were standing to the right of this picture in the preview and it was shot from the other side of the waterfall. You could see the bush with the purple flowers. It said in the US Weekly article that that's where Ben had his LCD with his F1, so they basically confirmed he picked Lauren.
