Chris said this transition period in LA before moving to Arlington will be good for them, so I'll go with that.

^^ You could be right, I just think that starting out and figuring it out in LA makes more sense than moving to the farm together than having to move her out if it doesn't work. I think they will have a good idea if it is going to last long term or not by the time they finish DWTS.
To me - we need to watch where Whitney goes when DWTS is done. If she stays in Chicago for several weeks then I think there are problems.

Imo DWTS is not a place to figure things out. I believe their "real life" won't even start until DWTS is over. I just wish Chris had decided to get back to real life sooner.

Those relationships that Chris and Whit's is nothing like were doomed from the start in the beginning too here if my memory serves me right ,so, time will tell if these two make it.

Exactly!

DWTS is only going to last a few months and I'm sure they made the decision together. I see it as an adventure for them and they are already living together so the transition has already started. They look and sound very happy...JMO.

Sorry, but is Whitney going to say, I hate this idea, even if she does? Nope, she will say she supports it and play along. I would expect nothing less from her.

Will they make it? No idea. Chris has not done a great job of selling us his love with Whitney on AFTR and after. And no it isn't because they are a more mature couple, it is because he is a doofus who seems unwilling to just say that his F1 was more important than his F2. JMO.

Does it matter in the long run? Nope not at all.

But no, Chris doesn't look nearly as in love or committed as Sean or Des. Again, I don't put this down to maturity, since he seems plenty excited about DWTS and Witney. JMO.

Personally, I think Whitney deserves better than farmer douche.

Based on the success/fail % of couples on TPTB is anyone still surprise?
Relationships take time, effort, love and feelings (chemistry) being partners of a like mind. Having faith and confident through the good and bad.

During the show (fantasy of a projected reality/ script) After the show is the real show. No production team is there to tell you what to say or how to say it. There is no make believe or second take.

The problem Sean mentioned in his book that they had was DWTS related....that he was spending 10-12 hours each day practicing and came home in the evenings very tired, obviously.  He said he was relieved when he was voted out so that he can focus on his relationship.They remained in CA for several more weeks after DWTS just focused on each other, and then moved TX.  They have been inseparable since then.  Read his book if you haven't...very insightful.  ***Edited***

I do believe Chris/Whit will make it...they are more mature in terms of age.  Choosing her was based primarily because she was the most ready to move to the farm/Iowa and start a family...but the story has changed to sort of having two homes: the farm and Chicago...not sure how that is going to work, could create strain in the relationship.JMO

Totally agree stuck! You call it like it is and I for one appreciate that. Whit can do better but it is her life. I have no idea what Chris is doing and I know I am not alone. Love Whit. JMHO and of course time will tell. ;)
