Watching that makes me so sad that I have to see one of the F2 (probably Ben) being hurt like that. But then I think of how happy Kiptyn is now.

Remember how hard she cried when she let Reid go at F3?
Kiptyn was a real gentleman thru it all.

And look at Chris L now. So happy with Peyton. It all works out in the end. Ben and JP are fine men. Whomever has fallen in love with Ashley, the other will find someone amazing. Hopefully the other would be the next Bach. It would be a win win for us either way.

As it happens, sometimes the F2 often goes on to find someone very happily, and the F1 remains single after the break-up.
KellyJo married and moved to Europe I think. F2s Kip and Tenley found each other. Both of Brad's F2s, Jenni and Chantal, as well as DeAnna who was really an F2 are engaged or married. Bevin is married. Matt and Moana were both married before Meredith and Travis became exclusive with their partners.

So true. It's probably why I'm not all that worried about Ben either way. I actually will worry more if he is the f1.

I really do wonder what happens at the FRC. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some twist like dating both guys or choosing neither.

So I just re-watched the FRC preview about 50 times, vainly looking for some missed clue. Unfortunately, it seems like the preview has been pretty well picked over.

At the part where GSG apparently turns and walks away from Ash you can hear an audible exhale of breath/grunt sound. I suppose it could be added in. However, I wonder if GSG was so nervous that we had a Brad redux, with GSG going off to sweat/puke/fret in the bushes somewhere.

It would explain why one of the F2 would walk away from the FRC--something I don't remember ever happening at a FRC before. It would also cause Ash to go after him to find out what's going on. Thoughts?

We have the 2 or 3 pics where it appears that probably Ben is actually walking down this plank quickly away from her, and she is running after him. All you see in the bottom right hand corner is the foot and part of the leg and the tailend of the suit jacket flapping.

What I think will happen, though, is we will NOT be allowed to see that happen. What will have happened, I think, is that someone went and got him, returned him, and he listened to her make her whole spiel so that she could be happy on her big day. She got to walk him to the car, and that is what we will see just like the typical F2 break-up every season.

I personally think we should see what realistically happens. If she rejects him, and he walks off, then it is over. She has broken up with the F2. He now has to give his broken hearted story in the limo - or they are going to drive him around for hours until he does - and then his part is over until the ATFR when he has to trot out again and wish the happy couple fond congratulations.

I don't know why it's supposed to be Ben leaving when it's actually JP or GSG that walks away. Doesn't make any sense to me. Did anyone stop to think that maybe it's JP that's the f2? Stranger things have happened.

Thank you for saying that.....I've really been sitting on my hands trying not to type that in.....because everyone seems like it is a sure done deal that JP is F1.

Isn't the light lower in the caps for GSG, which would mean that he likely comes later than DSG?

If GSG walks away (and doesn't come back) couldn't we assume that either: GSG dumps Ash, Ash dumps both GSG and DSG, GSG really comes second and the light is altered in caps, or GSG comes first but is really F1....?

I don't think we can tell light for sure in the GSG SCs because they only show such a small amount and no shadows or land, Meauxwalk. We can assume a lot of things but doesn't mean anything without more previews.

Many, many pages back they hashed and re-hashed all the light, the photography, the foot sizes, the hand comparisons (with the bump on the hand and the curved thumb), the way that Ashley wears her bangs, etc.
The concensus was that was Ben on the left in the dark suit holding Ashley's hand with her right hand and tattoo wrist showing in the correct place.

The lighting on the guy walking down the plank with Ashley running after him was determined to be earlier in the day by the light which would be consistent with the timing on the guy in the dark suit.

Now what still seems to be up in the air is the other suit guy that we see the shoulder and the jaw.
