And though not in so many words she effectively told Nick that it was Josh. She gave Nick an unambiguous answer which was probably better closure than I've ever seen any lead ever give. And almost nothing of what Andi said sank in to Nick; if he didn't understand her reasons he had the perfect opportunity to ask for clarification but instead he somewhat argumentatively picked on Andi for things she said or did.

Since that night in SD, Andi has most probably seen a lot more of Nick and things he's said about her and things he's said about Josh who by now is her alter ego (reference the plane video and the deleted scene with Brian and Nick's interactions with the other guys which she would not have been privy to during filming). And she's got a lot of reasons to be angry with Nick because of what he said. The very fact that Nick said it was her demeanor at the ATFR that gave him the closure he didn't get says that what he really needed a smack with a 2 x 4 alongside the head to make it sink in. In which case Andi did what she had to do when compassion didn't work.

Hello Lucas!  You've always been the voice of reason even during Sean's season.  I am able to see the situation from Andi's point of view, her having already seen from all the episodes how Nick was to all the other guys, how he dissed Josh in one of the deleted scenes.  I am more surprised that she stayed calm and collected when we know she is very capable of engaging in an all out tongue-lashing confrontation with anyone who angers her!

I wish them the best.  Not a huge fan of Andi's, but I do think Josh saw the true Andi and he loves her, so that is good enough for me.

I also hope as time goes on, that this thread can actually become about discussions of Josh and Andi.  Nick is part of their past, but really nothing new has happened between them and Nick since Wednesday, to me really it was Monday, but I get that Nick's media seemed against the couple to some, so okay.  I hope the need to discuss Nick on this thread will die down.  He will not be a part of this couples future.

I am not saying either are true. But edit wise, since I didn't really have Josh or Nick fan glasses on, as I liked them both.  I saw a nicer, gentler Andi with Nick and an Andi who spent most of her time putting Josh through the ringer for something he never ever did.

I don't believe that is all there was to show of Josh and Andi, so why did TPTB do this?

I personally think they wanted either Josh or Eric as the next lead.  My opinion was Andi was told to keep both to F6 if not HTDs, not a problem with Josh at all, but not so easy with Eric.  I think they were mad at her for over reacting during the conversation with Eric and making it necessary for him to leave and at the same time growing closer and closer to picking Josh, so they were going to be left without either of the leads they wanted.

Anyway this is my theory and I am just interested what others think.

I think it's just the edit that TPTB use just take a look at all the other ETTE when the lead falls for the hot guy and the one they have the most chemistry with remember Roberto and Ian both were the chemistry guys the edit did everything in their power to make them look not so desirable to the general public, remember?  With the ETTE from what I have observed one of the F2 gets the chemistry edit, too good too be true edit or will not commit edit that's a telltale sign that he is F1.....
