Anyone out there ever make an emotional tweet about something they probably shouldn't have? I don't blame you, you're only human, right?
Now he is asking not to be blamed or judged. He would have been better off not saying anything at all after deleting the tweet. Andi's retweet couldn't have happened at a worse time, as it appears they took the advise of posters on this board. I find it ironic he is now explaining that it was emotional. There are things people do all the time that they perhaps shouldn't have. A little understanding goes a long way.
What happened to "blessed".." God has perfect timing.." the more humble and obedient man is to God..."
This is what I do not like about Josh. Stop with the religious tweeting when you don't follow them yourself. We can't pick and choose who we are going to be forgiving to, or compassionate to, if you follow God's word, then you are compassionate to everyone.
They should be greatful and feeling blessed that Aaron got drafted at all. Josh needs to learn to stop sticking his nose in Aaron's business. He has professional medical teams, coaches and decision making people that know the business, and know what's best for Aaron. This is the arrogance side of Josh that I found as soon as he walked out of the limo. This is what happens when he doesn't win.
If they look to this board for advise, then I'm glad we can help but the last thing a professional team wants is to deal with interfering family. Totally disappointed in that tweet, coming from some one who should know better.
Josh should have just retracted the tweet.
The coincidence of things being pointed out and he and Andi posting is weird. Truthfully, I would hope they were too busy to pay much attention to stuff like this place.
To the bolded part of his tweet, would have been nice for him to show some of the same to Nick. If you chose to be Christian and state your faith, then forgiveness is supposed to be for all and not just those who are easier for you to forgive. It is actually more important to forgive those who might be more difficult. Maybe this will help Josh and Andi to learn that lesson better.

This is what bugs me about religious people who are actively preaching their faith. They need to behave accordingly, otherwise it just makes them look stupid. Like they aren't giving much thought to the things they repeat, at least in relation to their own behaviour. Same goes for Shay and being unwelcoming towards Cat. You can't preach love and acceptance all day and then seemingly deny it from someone just because of your own preferences.

The same has happened here with past leads who have a big following... Sean and Cat come to mind. ;)

Who are we to judge them? I don't get on/or read anybody's tweets if I don't like them much less comment on them. He knew he made a mistake and we should let it go.

You are right Josh, everyone have all said or tweeted "emotional" things "about something they probably shouldn't have." Hopefully, we remember that we are "only human" who make mistakes and hopefully won't be judged forever based solely on our emotional moments and the steps we take to correct those mistakes...but we are only humans, right?

"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."
This speaks for itself.
That anyone would take advise from this forum?

Nick was raked over the coals about some of his favorites of tweets by some who are now making excuses for Josh. I have no problem with Josh making a mistake and retracting it. I am simply using this as a lesson that if we are to give Josh the benefit of the doubt we should also give Nick the benefit of the doubt.
Hypocrisy bugs me who ever it is directed at.

One of my favourites and exactly what I though when I saw the original tweet and retraction.

Probably my biggest pet peeve and one that absolutely drives me crazy! :pullouthair:
Many times when this has happened, I forced myself to think of the previous quote and either stoped myself from writing or deleted something I just wrote...and perhaps...

I tend to forget, I am not nearly as interesting as I think I am.

Re: Andi Dorfman & Josh Murray - Bachelorette 10 - General Discussion
I believe it coincided with Josh also posting the lake pic when people in the fan thread we desperate and talking about contacting them to request a new pic. So interesting coincidence.
Since Andi laughed about Josh smashing Nick if he has seen him at the AFTR, the whole favorite of a tweet that made fun of Nick too? I guess I call Andi and Nick even in the physically harming stakes especially since Nick just favorited and Andi said it with glee and joy. Plus Nick simply pressed like or favorite or whatever. Josh typed and submitted something and Andi spoke the words out loud.
Nick made a mistake and admitted, just as Josh made a mistake and admitted it.
My point, since I have a hard time getting that across, is that people make mistakes. If we chose to excuse the mistakes of one then we should chose to forgive the mistakes of all. Nick was made fun of relentlessly for retracting his likes. I think people make mistakes. I don't blame Josh, I just wish if we forgive him so easily we can show the same generosity to Nick.

I like to remind myself:
1) Does it need to be said? 2) Does it need to be said by me? 3) Does it need to be said by me now?
Also, I hit the "pause" button or as I refer to it personally as the "hazard" button before speaking.

You wouldn't believe how many times I do this. Of course I realize I don't express myself that well. Sometimes it's just wiser for me to keep quiet.Kashathediva wrote:stuckinsc wrote:I should write much less. I am trying, often I fail, but I try.
