If she did not really have a connection with Nick (with IMO - you would not treat someone you really cared for like she did on ATFR even with him calling her stubborn and passive/aggressive) then another explanation would be that she wanted another guy to fall for her hard and she wanted to do that for the show (oh - Andi is the bachelorette that had so many ILUs) AND to keep the pressure up on Josh and make Josh jealous.  So she used him, which people do on and off of reality tv.

People do it, but I find it despicable. Honestly, the only okay for her behavior and treatment of Nick is for her to admit she cared for him, but at the end of it all she just loved Josh more. I would have no problem with that. I don't think Nick would have either. It was the constant way she devalued him and their relationship that upset Nick and lead him to ask what he did.

Okay, I am always the rose colored glasses girl, but I still think what i saw was real and Andi just can't admit it because it makes her dismissal of Nick look all the more callous. The Andi we saw last night (and believe me, I was never an Andi fan) has had 10 weeks to stew on the rain Nick threw on her parade. I think last nights debacle is a reflection of that. The "Love at First Site" thing is the story you tell when you sold your soul to the devil to be Arron Murray's SIL.

The whole thing is so completely sad - feel so bad Nick went through all the trouble of opening up his heart only for her to callously break it. Especially after she met his family and they told her of his previous heartbreaks - although even then she had to point out to his sister that she could get her heart broken too - of course, she could. She even pursued the issue on their beach date and beyond, yet she kept him, even sleeping with him to reinforce his feeling that she returned his feelings. Maybe she did have feelings for him but the way she treated him on LCD and beyond, was just cold and heartless.

I still believe that the Andi Nick thought he fell in love with was not the Andi he saw last night. So either she is extremely emotionally immature or never really cared that much for Nick. Are there other choices? I do think that the lead is in a terrible position at the end bc she has to kind of deny the other relationship to make the relationship with the final choice work. But if you really cared about your F2 (Nick in this case) you wouldn't be so "cavalier" and "cold." Or if you did care and acted like that anyway then she is not who Nick thought she was. Truth.

Seeing all her interviews post show and her treatment of Nick at the ATFR I think "ess okay." Nick should not be with her and her being cold and heartless helps him move on.

Very true - he even said that's why it came out of him like it did. He was shocked and said she acted that her feelings for him were not even close to love.

Mura, this is the question that i can't wrap my head around.  Why did she sleep with Nick knowing from day one that Josh was the one?  If the FS dates are done in consecutive days, this would mean that she slept with Josh the night before and slept with Nick the following night.  What kind of woman does that?

Like a poster said upthread: its either she knew Josh the one (default or not, who knows..we have sleuthed pre-season's communication between Hy and Lauren after all :shocked!: ) or she was being torn with Josh and Nick all the way. She is being dishonest either way....

aww!..that is so sweet of you Pia!..even though i can honestly say RIP my romantic TV show believe in me. thanks to this season!. I just have to savor Nicholas Spark movies for my all romantic purpose , not this darn show   . If i ever to sleuth an Ette season again, i will do it without my rosie glass on..and be sure to jumping on Kasha's train : Fun Snark for All...  

i know i could never believe this darn show again and i honestly dunno how to sleuth anymore. The blogs, which usuallly indicated the outcome were also turned out to be fake/staged. The VOs, PIs could never be trusted again. Lets be honest, the depth of what she said about Nick vs Josh is like a 1-0 score to me, no brainer. No wonder Nick said it was soo hard for him watching it back again, knowing that he was not delusional!   

i get it that a circle now is complete. Eric called her fake/actress in the very beginning and what she did to Nick in the end emphasize that. Eric's spirit lives in Nick . As some vet posters suggested:  This darn season its already over before its even began..sad (re: Jodi allegedly set-up ending..an X-files we never know..). IMO If thats,the case, the other guys (inc Nick) were totally screwed

i am firm by my analysis that TPTB showed us a LS, and that one is between Nian. Was it TPTB's true "wish" or to throw viewers out of the loop?. remember, TPTB had even took it too far by that Fairy-tale-ish storybook theme, where they showed the montage of N&A....It really was a great disservice to Jodi's -if any- LS.  At ATFR they didnt even air Jodi FRC flashback and montage at all!!  :shocked!:. Go figure.... . Someone thru PM saying : I really didn't get a sense that Fleiss and Harrison are all that gaga over Andi to begin with, despite the latter congratulating the happy couple on his blog.maybe thats why..hmmmm......Wonkiest season ever. I think that if Andi didn't turn out to be the callous and self centered person that she is the sleuthing might have been correct. We were correct about Nick's feelings we just over estimated Andi's niceness. No matter how it ended I also believe that TPTB showed us the true LS and that was between Nian. It makes me sad that she might have exchanged the once in a life time connection with Nick to some court side seats as someone mentioned here.

I just got caught up on like 500 pages, haha. I read some posts where it was stated that this was "Nick's show." Well, I beg to differ, it may have been Nick's based on the edit (negative) but it was really Andi's show. From the beginning to the end. Andi is exactly like the people who produce this show that they bent over backwards to accommodate her this season. Have you ever heard of any other Bachelorette designing their own ring? Just like the producers, she expects everyone to still be friends with her even after she hurts them. It's like a "you are on a show and should expect this, so get over it!" attitude. She played the season too well...too well. This wasn't a movie and, she wasn't acting. That was HER! Personally, I consider people like that to be dangerous.

When I start to get emotionally involved, I always remind myself that this is a TV show, but the same way I fail at keeping my emotions at bay is the same way the people who go on this show fail. NO matter how hard they try, and as crazy as it may seem, they do get emotionally involved and people really do get hurt. This is why Andi's cavalier attitude towards Nick doesn't sit well with me, at all.

Yes, she did, but she has clarified in interviews that what she meant was that she had feelings for him from day 1 but couldn't clarify them as love until the LCD.  That contradicts the revelation that she told Josh what kind of ring she wanted, in very precise detail, right down to how many prongs, in the FS.

Molly Mesnick said on the podcast that she supposedly designed that ring  herself and Neil Lane custom made it for her according to sources and Molly was wondering how Neil Lane must have told her fiancé now to pick that ring because it was not shown. Just continues to lead credence that it was her fiancé all along and not Nick IMO.

No wonder she was more excited for the ring last night than for Josh!  I don't think this meant that Josh was necessarily it all along.  I do think that NL was told which ring to push on Josh that morning or even earlier.

Now if she designed the stupid thing, then will she please stapp saying that Josh did good?  No he did exactly what you laid out for him.  Unless he is a dog taking a command, he really had nothing to do with the process.  Good job indeed!
