Ahh, Interesting quote from the article:
“All he ever did was love her and now he’s being labeled as the bad guy — he deserves another shot at love,” our insider source finished.
He deserves another shot at love, huh? Like being cast as the bachelor?
Marcus, you may have been spot on....
Chloep one of the posters has repeatedly (even as of last night) confirmed through her sources that Nick is not being considered for the bachelor. It's between Farmer Chris and Arie supposedly. I believe Chloep because her spoilers were dead on this season.

Being involved in this particular franchise comes with many temptations and risks.
IMO---being involved in this franchise is like selling your soul to the devil.
Strengths for a cast person are turned against them into their weaknesses when they are cast as the main. This has been shown season after season.

Finally watched the ATFR. There was something just off-putting about Nick for the first time, I was having a hard time buying it. His stuttering seemed strategic, as did the rubbing his hands and fiddling. I dunno... his eyes were shifty, it was weird.

He was shaking like a leaf and couldn't talk! How is that strategic?

The whole season was a perfect example of this. Nick continuously rubbing his relationship in the guys faces and Josh not saying a word about his. And that's when I stopped liking Nick.
Except that was the edit we were shown.
At the ATFR when they showed the blip of silence, Josh was shown making a comment that originally was left out of the actual episode airing. It was not a nice comment. So Josh obviously did say a few words and it was left out of his edit on purpose.
So--we really don't know what Josh said in filming that was left on the cutting room floor (as well as many of the other cast). Edits are edits for specific reasons.
I feel like we are expressing our anger at the actors in a play rather than the Playwrite who scripted it.
sorry, this made me laugh because I am not angry AT ALL. Completely enjoying the back and forth of opinions and I thoroughly enjoyed this season.
Didn't Josh just make a side comment about how Nick was playing the game in general? It wasn't about his relationship with Andi, which is what I was specifically alluding to. And I think we can conclude Josh didn't share his relationship with the others, or at least not Nick, because Nick was very vocal about how he was sure Josh would be sent home at some point because he didn't have what Nick and Andi had.

Not saying that this was his motivation, but he seems to have garnered the sympathy of quite a few folks. Folks who might push to have him on as the next lead on The Bachelor. I would never presume to assume anyone's feelings were insincere, and I would think that the situation was truly difficult for him. But, I will say his demeanor on the ATFR is 180 degrees different than his demeanor in social media before and after. I'd hope that his tweets and Instagram posts are more reflective of where he is emotionally right now.

His demeanor was different bc he was talking to Andi for the first and only time, on live TV weeks after she dumped him and broke his heart.

NO, GA, count me in. You and I are probably the only two. I teach my 2 boys sex is something precious and intimate that you only do it with someone you love. I am sure it's not a popular idea in today's culture, though.
I taught my son when he was in his early teens, do what ever you want with it, as long as it stays in your pants.
I know it's not popular in today's culture to be intimate with only those you love or abstain completely. I see it all around me, young teenage mothers, dropping of their young children at the special day care centres for teen moms. My niece supervises one of them. It's incredibly sad. This is a whole different discussion, but as far as Nick is concerned, it was obvious to him, having sex isn't taken lightly by him. What if this was his first time?
It's different if you've had past relationships, meet someone, date, be intimate and go through the normal dating process. This is different, she knew exactly who she was going to chose.
You can be assured that if Nick was a 33 year old virgin, that would have been his "tagline/profession" throughout the show.
I know we are all assuming that Nick is a very sensitive guy who has never "made love" with a woman he wasn't in love with, but how do we really know this is true? Yes, this is his story now (and why wouldn't it be, it makes women swoon, and the guy is no dummy), but I'm not so sure I believe it and wonder about his past.
Just because someone has had casual sex in the past doesn't mean that every single sexual encounter that they have will be meaningless and simply for fun. I think that Nick even emphasized that it wasn't really about the sex itself, but the level of intimacy involved on that night. I think that there is a difference in intimacy between casual sex and sex between people who have a deep emotional connection. My interpretation is that he felt that it was the latter on that night, and that's what hurt him.
I guess for me what it comes down to is, if having sex with Nick wasn't shameful, why is it shameful for everyone to know it happened? Especially if Josh already knew about it.

I do think it makes a huge difference that this was the first time he was seeing Andi, he was sitting in front of hundreds of people, and he knew that the show would be airing live. He was probably expecting to feel a little bit more comfortable when Andi (someone he knew) came out, but since she was so cold right off the bat, it probably caught him off-gaurd and made him even more nervous. Plus, he's kind of an awkward guy anyways. He often took long pauses between statements and stared at his hands during the show, too.

Genuinely surprised that we're actually discussing whether or not Nick revealing to millions of people that he and Andi had sex, on live TV, with her fiancé backstage no less, is shameful.
IMO Andi shouldn't have had sex with Nick if she knew she was picking Josh.
IMO Nick was without a doubt out of line with his little primetime slip.
