Remember his brother did say on twitter. "I'll be back," or something like that. I believe his brother knew at that point they wanted Nick. JMO

hmmm do you think it's worth extra $$ expenses for TPTB to spin Nick's edit more positive and that they can't do it with the footage they already have minus the manufactured awkward silences and scary songs?

if this is for TB -- i'd be very surprised they'd film this footage so early! wouldn't they want to ride the BIP wave before making any announcements?

Ok let's follow that logic for a sec -- did Andi have any footage to back her up at Nikki & JPG's AFTR for her being announced the bette?? I'm not remembering any of that - i remembered her walking out being interviewed and maybe if at all a very short snip of her time on TB but i dont recall that right now

if nick were to be the next bachelor then the MTA would have been the perfect opportunity to rehabilitate his image by showing that he has good relationships with the other guys post show. jmo.

Nick may have been a contestant the producers thought wouldn't stay long since he isn't the type Andi typically goes for so they didn't do an intro video for him.

If Nick is being considered for the next bachelor they have to "sell" him to the ABC executives. The executives want to know his back story which includes adorable Bella.

Look how perfect Bella's hair looks in this photo. A typical 9 year old wouldn't have her hair styled so nice just to play outside.

dug this out - yes andi did have extra footage from her hometown -- I wasn't paying attention to anything to do with JPG+Nikki so have no recollection of this giggling

(this still doesn't explain why Nick would have footage from MKE and not Chicago where he works...they'd want work shots of him I'm sure if it's for TB)

the way Nick's edit is -- it's looking pretty bad for TB for him. Tptb have no indication that he could be a season fave by any means and if he'll bring in the ratings this is esp true in comparison with other contenders...
we have a poster chloep saying she has info from an insider it's a tight contest between Chris and Marquel right now and no mention of nick. Chris was awesome during HTD and apparently Marquel is very well received during MTA...
I don't really get WHY they would rush this decision when they have BIP to keep the buzz alive and some time to lead into TB announcement...particularly if there are other strong contenders for TB??

ETA: cholep also said that Nick wasn't present at MTA -- he's not in any photo posted by his buddies either

I do not believe Andi was a "fan favorite" as TPTB wanted us to believe. I just remember most of the comments about her being the next
