My question is : if they were to film Nick's intro video, would they send in a Co-Executive producer? I have no idea, really!

ok thanks for clarifying gabriel I understand what you mean...IMHO we're beyond the point of needing bio/intro footage anyways -- it's kind of a moot point right now --- so I don't know if we need to worry too much about the lack or creation of bio/intro footage right now...what purpose would it serve at this stage of the game? AFTR uses a video that's is usually a look back at the journey before showing FRC episode anyways....

I have a feeling they want Nick as the next bachelor. I don't care that they were promoting Chris or Marquel. Maybe something happened with one of them and they have to have a backup in case.

They would not be able to "promote" Nick yet anyway. Guess time will tell. Keep sleuthing! :yes:

What if Nick has refused to participate in the after the final rose show.Wouldn't that prompt the producers to go out and film his segment for the show.

Is it really up to him to refuse?? I can't imagine considering everyone else is usually dragged but I guess Bentley refused mta so it's possible.

Would he really have that option considering the infamous plane video? I would think TPTB would have some leverage on him due to that. Just MO.

It's also worth noting he was the "supervising storyboard producer" for a few of the past shows...that seems to be the expertise he brings initially with his english degree and "supervising producer" seems like a pretty general role since he's also a "co-executive producer" maybe he oversees how things are done...these roles seem very interchangable -- elan also has the same titles attached to his imdb profile. hard to figure out what typical roles ppl play in filming cos mid-season filming is rare! (has it ever happened before??) these guys have this down to a science and are very organized they're not at all sloppy about production...

He's not going to do that IMO. Seems out of character, plus he is still helping them promote the show on twitter.

Emusha- the other day the subject on the producer came up and someone said he still does the storyboard stuff but now has been promoted in that area to a producer.

I know this may seem silly.. but I wish someone could find that red bench he posted on the 15th.

hmm that's interesting but nick seems to have a very positive approach to everything having to do with the show even despite the crazy edits...he's especially happy about his buddies and retweets stuff from andi...etc. also he's been somewhat apologetic for his dry humor ...he's a guy with a very reasonable head on his shoulders and everything so far has shown him to be adaptable and resilient and positive...can't see him deciding not to do ATFR but regardless...if he did...what would he opt out for? what'd be his reasoning? and if it's AFTR WHY MKE of all places?!!?! why not Chicago where he actually lives...? And if he's getting AFTR footage filmed in LA why would he come on the busiest day for tptb with the MTA filming with tons of balls in the air

ok, i'll bite and this is WILD speculation.
perhaps the additional footage is to continue to present Nick in a good light to try and change the terrible edit he's gotten thus far.
This is Mura's V theory.... the edit swinging toward the positive.
We have seen him on the swings talking with Bella.
Perhaps it will be a scene of Bella telling him to push forward with Andi... that Andi would be good for him, etc...
More reminisces of Andi's visit and how meaningful it was to Nick and his family, etc...
I would think it would be great footage to include on the summary videos at the end of the MTA...
or not... just a thought.
