If Nick is being considered for the next bachelor they have to "sell" him to the ABC executives. The executives want to know his back story which includes adorable Bella.

Look how perfect Bella's hair looks in this photo. A typical 9 year old wouldn't have her hair styled so nice just to play outside.

They do have to sell it to the executives first. Bella is a big selling point too. I keep going back to what nick's brother said on twitter. He knew they were coming to film Nick and possibly family in Milwaukee. IMO ;)

the local news station reported filming by the MKE waterbody with Nick (not just RS's photo of them walking around) they were filming with a crew not just hanging with bella and interveiwing Nick...

Exactly! They needed film to show the executives. Not just of his family but where he works, lives, plays etc. ;) I bet his family is on board too!

Great advertising for Milwaukee. The locals will love that and ABC wants him featured locally.

I'm not sure about the bachelor angle. If they wanted to change his image why didn't they show him and Andi with his group of friends on HTD? That would have countered the negativity from the guys.

I don't think that is the case. Their audition for the lead is the show itself. Nick is in L.A. His dad indicated he was on vacation, which indicates his stay in L.A. may be longer than a weekend. We only know Nick was in L.A, because fans tweeted the sightings, and one had a picture. He didn't say anything about going there, and actually posted a picture which indicated he was "catching up with friends" with Chicago even though we have a picture of him in LA.. He was hiding something, and it isn't that he is the F2.

Agree grace^^ plus timing is weird why would they rush to commit to filming a lead who isn't even well liked when they have 2 great contenders ppl love already?
uhh soccermom what do you mean??? why would they need a film crew just to show execs?? seems like a waste of production dollars

Pretty sure his dad meant that he himself was on vacation because he didn't know if it was friday or saturday.

Here is what i am thinking. Chris for whatever reason might not be the bachelor. Maybe he won't sign something in the contract or maybe his family won't. Who knows, but clearly the bachelor starts filming soon and they need someone. Just because they promote someone at the MTA, does not mean it is written in stone. Remember Zak from Des's show playing the guitar for her?? He was being "considered."

Maybe they never asked Nick because he was not their first choice, but now something has happened. Hence the filming in Milwaukee and Nick being in LA maybe meeting with ABC executives. This is just all speculation and guesses.

Is it just me seeing the letter 'A' with nick and Bella's legs? Shoutout maybe..I think there is a wedding hence no live ATFR.

i see a possible Bachelor next for Chris, Josh...or..-as CH suggested, a 'curve ball' as in: none of these guys from this season--...Arie giggling

.....the term curveball CH used could very well applied to Josh, as in: the hype has been for Chris all along..but they would offer it to Josh instead eventually. Josh still has time to build bigger fan base and gauge audience's reactions at ATFR ala Ben F.

My personal preference for next TB in particular order: Arie, Josh, Chris Praying
