You know, this makes sense to me. If I were to say what was adorable about the HTDs, it was when Nick sat down and talked to Bella. It was endearing and funny, too. What if they offered Nick TB and they filmed him having a heart to heart with Bella with her counseling him on his decision to be the next Bachelor. It would be very cute, imo. But, heck, they better turn that edit around fast. They've thrown him under the bus and flattened him; now they're going to have to fluff him up a bit for the general viewer.

It has been the season of loose lips though and ask and you shall receive. Look at all the SM clues which may not have been pointing to what we thought they were. I just find it curious they are shooting all of this now when the season is still airing. Bet RS's head is spinning as he just posted today in his column prior to the picture being released that no way was Nick the next Bachelor.
Unfortunately, I tend to agree with reality Steve on this one. Nick fans might see him as the next bachelor but that doesn't mean the rest of the viewing public will. I am going by what I have read on SM..... The majority of people don't like him and by the end of this will not like him enough to support him as the Bachelor, IMHO.

Ladies loved Juan Pablo and looked how he turned out.. TPTB can change people's mind.

Milwaukee is his hometown for unspoiled viewers. A lot of viewers fell in love with Bella, and IF they are promoting him for the next bachelor, Nick the family man would be the ideal story to take with him.
