I am by no means a fan of Nick, but the fact that no one has RT or faved that tweet but Nick, tells me he must have accidentally fav'd it.  

I use to fave stuff and follow all the time when just scrolling on my iPad, and I had no clue it happened.  I thought I was hacked b/c I had no memory of following the people I had followed.

Thank you. I have done the same thing. I've followed and unfollowed people accidentally on twitter many times. Also the guy is out drinking. Stuff happens.

I really think he clicked on favorite by accident on the wrong tweet. Poor guy. He can't catch a break.

Yes.  After reading her tweets and the fact that she was tweeting nasty stuff at him, this is my conclusion.

Considering what she was tweeting him, I would have hoped he reached for the BLOCK button, not the Favourite.

So he left that girls Twitter up on his phone and put it back in his pocket? Weird. That girl is psychotic, not sure why he would leave her Twitter open on his phone and then put it back in his pocket.

I don't think he did it on purpose, but it would have been more believable if he said he accidentally favorited it some other way. At least it's no longer there. That could have spelled trouble if some silly site like Wetpaint got a hold of that.
