I saw her twitter feed. It's hard to believe there are people like that with so much hate.

If Nick doesn't follow her, how would he see that to favorite, she didn't even tweet it to him, he had to go look for it, how can that be an accident. 
 She didn't 'tag' him on this tweet.

Are you talking about this last tweet?? Or the other where she mentioned Andi and Josh? I don't see anyone tagged in this last one, looking at Nicks or her twitter feed.

ETA: I see where she tagged Josh and Nick in another, different very ugly tweet, but I don't see either of them tagged in the one I posted.

But Hayley is a hater I have had her blocked for ages. Check out the tweet she sent 15 minutes later to Nick and Josh.  :shocked!:

I'll say I am disgusted and think  a man should not even have to be asked by his fans to unfav something like that.

I am by no means a fan of Nick, but the fact that no one has RT or faved that tweet but Nick, tells me he must have accidentally fav'd it.

I use to fave stuff and follow all the time when just scrolling on my iPad, and I had no clue it happened. I thought I was hacked b/c I had no memory of following the people I had followed.

Yes. After reading her tweets and the fact that she was tweeting nasty stuff at him, this is my conclusion.
