oh man!! they really really have to take this PI to explain to us---of course in her position as the last girl standing at that actual time- that Clare didnt do what Nikki`s has been accused her. yep, we get it dear editors! she is as innocent as the clear blue sky in the summer..  :halo: 
Note that in this PI she is wearing the triangle necklace, different outfit than the one she was wearing on ITM/during episode 4 and to me, she look got some tan in here. The same outfit and background is repeated again in this below vid around 3:27 mark where she explains her intro for her reconciliation with JP after Clare-gate.

^^ it is interesting that Kelly called Clare crazy before she came over. Also why does Clare feel she must always confront Nikki.

So, I have been at a loss as to what the theme for this season is, because it seems as if the producers are hell bent on portraying everyone in the most unflattering light. Some more blatantly than others. JP has received the most "abuse" and even post filming commentaries by Chris H and some of the girls who have given interviews to the media continues this "hypocrite, wishy-washy" narrative.  I found the initial interview Chris H gave to TV Guide and I feel that I now understand what the theme is for the season (I think!):

"Any last thoughts thinking about the season ahead?
Harrison: I think it'll be a hard season to pick the women he's attracted to because it's an interesting mix and it's hard to put a finger on his type. I'm really excited to see how people take him and everything that goes on because there was this initial infatuation with him, but there's more to life than a cute accent and good abs and therein lies what we're about to see this season."

It's about exposing JP as an imperfect man - not unlike the rest of us, and not the usual charming "Golden Boy" Bachelor type. The season (I hope) will show a growth in him and it is through this that he will arrive at his F1. Which would be the girl that was most "real and honest" with him. In turn, the F1 will weigh the good over the bad and accepts JP for who he is, warts and all. Unconditional Love!

Conclusion, I think this season is supposed to be as "real-life" as an over produced reality TV show can be.

His relationships with Nikki, Renee, and Andi could very well surpass what has already been formed with Clare. Sharleen is on the out (from what we see) and Chelsie’s relationship with him hasn’t grown much so I’m interested to see what next week brings."

ITA with the bolded quote. JP had a conversation with Sean/Cat about staying open, and even though he recognizes that his relationship with Claire is further along, I think he is staying open. I wouldn't be surprise if he did have a conversation with Des privately.

Well, we got to also keep in mind, she may still be toting the company line. She afterall is probably wanting to stay on their goodside with their wedding coming up shortly. One thing that would be the company line, cast doubt on Clare being the F1 since it looks like she is further along than the other women. Everyone see's things differently and that's good.

IMO Des is simply basing her opinions on what she herself has gone through. She has no clue what JaunP actually has experienced.

Ten months after America watched Sean Lowe propose to Catherine Giudici on The Bachelor's Season 17 finale, the ABC series is back with its first ever Latino star Juan Pablo Galavis.

On Monday's premiere, we were reintroduced to the single dad who left early on during Desiree Hartsock's season of The Bachelorette. Within the first 15 minutes of the episode, fans not only got to see how devoted he is to his 4-year-old daughter Camila, but were also reminded of just how sexy the former professional soccer player is.

But the episode wasn't without its usual tears and awkward moments. While one woman, Lauren H., wound up being Night 1's emotional wreck, another mistakenly stepped forward to accept a rose when she wasn't in fact receiving one.

As always, host Chris Harrison is back for our weekly chat and gave his rundown of the Season 18 premiere.

Going into the season, how were you feeling about Juan Pablo as a choice for The Bachelor?
Chris Harrison: I was hesitant in that culturally it's a very different show with him. He's also very family-oriented and his daughter is very important to him so I was worried he wouldn't give in to the fantasy ofThe Bachelor. You really have to let go and give in to the process and I still don't know if he fully did. He also didn't know about the show — he didn't watch — so a part of me was relieved that it was fresh to do it with someone who didn't know what was coming next, but at the same time for someone who doesn't know what's coming he had a hard time embracing it.

Who stood out to you on Night 1?
Harrison: The ones who stood out to me were the ones I saw him notice the most. For some reason, he was really taken more by Lauren, the piano player, than anybody else. It wasn't that big of a stunt, but he continues to talk about it. So again she really made an impression on him even though I didn't think [her introduction] was that great. Nikkicame out and did the pediatric nurse thing and I'm pretty sure he felt her up. She put his hand on her boob, but I think she meant to put it on her heart so that was the smoothest move by far and we've never had anybody get to second base on Night 1. Clare doing the whole pregnancy trick was like taking Lindsay's wedding dress [from Sean's season] and going two more steps, but he found it endearing and liked it.Lucy came out as the free spirit with no shoes and you can definitely see they might be oil and water.

Sharleen almost didn't accept the first impression rose! What was that about?
Harrison: That was easily the first time someone has thought twice about the first impression rose and I'm glad we showed it the way it happened. I think with the show you have to realize he's not the catch for everybody and not everyone is captivated, so I'm glad we showed Sharleen go, "I'm not seeing fireworks." So I'm glad she admitted it because it's normal. She ended up accepting it because it was way too early to say no. I think that was her dilemma: Why would I go home now because maybe I'll like this guy? She's not the first person or the last to deal with that issue.

Poor Kylie thought Juan Pablo called her name during the rose ceremony.
Harrison: It was horrible. It was late and he has an accent and he whispers, so he whispers "Kat" who is standing right behind Kylie and he looks right at Kylie, so she starts stepping forward and he's like, "Kat." She was mortified. The only thing that made it worse was the fact that she didn't get a rose. So not only did she step out and get embarrassed, but she was sent home.

Any last thoughts thinking about the season ahead?

I don't think there is anything interesting about it. Kelly, Nikki, Andi and Sharleen were bff's in the house so they will have the same opinion about things- "group think". so for this group, Clare is crazy because she is not spending her time talking about other contestants, making fun of them etc like this group does and is focused on building a relationship with the lead which might end up biting her in the behind. What will be interesting is if anybody other than these 4 said anything about Clare being crazy. I don't like girls that talk about other girls behind their back-doesn't say much about their characters. They were even talking about their own friend Sharleen!

Players often do that to prevent the other team from wasting time. But I am not disputing that he probably didn't score many goals in his career. As for the yellow card, no biggie, you will get one for taking your shirt off in celebration of a goal too!

Sorry. .. But Clare is NO sweet thang .. She mouths off about others quite frequently .. More so than we see of others
