These sources don't ever seem to have any details.  That's what makes me mad that people are getting their hopes all wrapped up in Brooks/Desiree being together.

I received confirmation this morning from a very reliable source that Brooks is the F1 and the couple is happy.
Quite sure others will be hearing same and reporting such.

After what was shown last week, I genuinely find that sad.  Des is going to get lambasted for being weak and pathetic all over the media.  And Brooks will not fare much better.  This is why I rarely watch this franchise anymore.  Fleiss will do anything for ratings regardless of the hot mess he leaves.  If this was her choice, everything we saw last week was best left on the cutting room floor.

With that being said, I stand by milk....

I agree SouthernMomof4. They will be lambasted, but I think unfairly. I've posted this before... after a year of dating, my now husband (of 34 wonderful years) blindsided me one weekend with "I'm not sure if I love you." He then came back 2 days later with the most heartfelt letter (including poetry!) stating how wrong he realized he was. I wasn't weak or stupid for taking him back. I think that was the point when he was evaluating whether this was forever or not. It scared him. It only took him 2 days to realize, yes.. this is forever!

And he didn't have TPTB messing with his mind ala Jason and Molly's podcast.

I think that's the problem with the non-spoiled non-informed viewer is that they don't quite understand the mindf$#@ that takes place when contestants are on the show. I think as long as Brooks can communicate what happened and why and why he knew he is in love then I'm on board with this couple. I hope that Des and Brooks are together and happy and Chris and Drew will quickly find themselves someone wonderful off this crazy show.

It always sucks for the F2 guy. Sadly, it is the premise of the show.

I'm happy that Des gets to have a shot at relationship with the guy she fell for.  Will it work?  don't know, don't really care... but at least she will have her happy ending at the FRC and whether or not it works, they tried and laid all their cards on the table.  She's still a smart woman and didn't humiliate herself or look stupid in my eyes for taking him back .....  but those types of comments are common every season when the lead doesn't choose the way a person wants them too.  

Yay for Des (even if it's just temporary)... and I hope you get your twirl.... every Bach'ette should get her twirt

I'll backup Kasha and northernviewer's information that Brooks is F1 and they're together and happy.

And I'll start the countdown clock until TPTB approved breakup.

Good example, and good for you! :Smiley:  And the people who might come down harshly on the couple, be it media, fans, whomever, so be it. I'm sure the opinions and support from their friends and family are all that matter to them.
