Everyone knows who won because of RS and this site.  Doesn't mean that Brooks said anything.

I'm referring to what canyonvue posted.  He said what he said.

That is a teenager girl showing off to her friends on twitter...I highly doubt she knows anything but the spoilers like her aunt. Every tweet reeks of immaturity.

Brooks is not an idiot and he would be risking a lot by telling them (even if it is or not him).  But now we think he told the aunt of this girl who then turns around and tells her niece but doesn't have the sense to tell her to keep it quiet?! Or wait yes keep it quiet not from your friends on twitter. It seems ridiculous. If her friends can DM her to find then what's stopping them from talking once they have the info. I think some are taking 1 +1 and making it 5. His own family and other friends don't seem to know (based on FB fan posts and twitter rooting for him) but this teenager does?! Puhlease.

Who is the person that Brooks told that he won?

I don't think anyone has said Brooks told them he won.

He did. There is a girl who watched the show with him on Monday; her aunt is a friend of Brooks'. I don't remember whom she said told her, but I think she said that her aunt told her who won, which means Brooks told her aunt. And she is now telling her friends on Twitter that if they want to know to DM her.

She has picture proof that she was with Brooks. She was definitely with Brooks that night. Brooks and her aunt, and whomever else. So, Brooks has spilled the beans at least once. I don't know if any of them know what she's saying on Twitter. Brooks doesn't seem to ever come on his. I don't know if they care.

This girl is absolutely legit. You can not only tell by picture proof of her, Brooks and her aunt, but just the way she talks.

At least she knows enough to not blurb the name of Twitter.  

She also said that Brooks told her that there are a lot of "weird twists" at the end. How would he know that unless he was there. He knows who won, he knows there were a lot of weird twists.

So, he was around, at least. Enough to know who won.

Lovely.   Apparently  Utah boys feel entitled to spoil the show.   

  It makes me appreciate JP Rosenbaum all the more - as if that was even possible.   Now there is a real, solid, secure, no BS, emotionally supportive, mature , loving , handsome, funny, grown up man who knew not to boast.

Actually, the girl doesn't say that Brooks won.  This just tells me Brooks DIDN'T win, because he thinks he may know after he left.  It may say he's Final 2, but it doesn't mean he's Final 1.  Maybe, he told her that he's fine with it, because he knew it was best.  Who knows?  No where did the girl say he said HE won.

No, she never said Brooks won. She's not going to say names on Twitter, of course. She said she knew who won because her aunt told her because Brooks told her aunt. Who knows if Brooks told her aunt anything. Her aunt could just know the spoilers. Maybe Brooks just knows the spoilers.

This doesn't say anything about whether or not Brooks wins, really.

I don't see why people get so worked up over the finalists telling some "trusted" people who won. So what? Is it pure evil? I don't think so.

There is no absolute proof that he said anything and that he knows anything.

Other than yelling at the screen when the other guys are kissing Desiree, the only thing attributed to Brooks is after he watch the preview he told her that the ending is super intense and some weird twists come up.

I think those "weird twists" might answer a lot of questions. Who knows how much of the show Brooks has watched in the past to know that his season has "weird twists". I think when he's saying that he's saying it just seemed weird to him. Weird actions. Weird situations. Whatever.

K. It sounds then like you are backing off your early statement that "HE DID" and couldn't keep it to himself because my post was in response to that (and stuff from others). They seem like some strong assumptions on a whole lotta nothing, IMO :greenman:

No. I think what Atem means is if by chance Brooks didn't win would it be as big of a deal if he did. If the spoilers said Chris or Drew won, would this still be an issue?

Supposedly Jason Mesnick told people he was F1 at the request of TPTB.  (I don't know if that's true or a rumor started by a FORT spoiler queen who was trying to save her rep. She had her circle of Fort friends believing Jason was F1 because she claimed he told her directly, so they all assured the board the source was rock solid and then everyone pretty much believed it. Good times!)

Anyway, we don't know what Brooks said, if he said anything at all. I'm not going to believe everything a young person tweets. Maybe she is showing off to her friends pretending she has insider info, when really she just read RS's spoilers. That's exactly the sort of thing a teenage girl would do to impress her friends (she seems young to me in the tweets people have reposted). Her aunt may have been winding her up as well.

There is also friends assuming and then maybe saying they "know" (eg The aunt of this girl). If she straight out asked Brooks and he said "can't say" but she could just read his facial reaction or other clues it can be hard to hide, she may think she knows. Doesn't mean Brooks said anything. Anyone who knew me would be able to tell, win or lose. No poker face. It would be obvious without any words being spoken. Most people aren't actors or good liars.

If I remember correctly, when Arie left early in Em's season, he left in an SUV. And I can't recall any solitary limo rides that arent a result of a rose ceremony of some sorts. If that is correct, then why would Brooks be in a limo? What scenario would occur to put him in casual dress in a limo? Maybe I'm wrong about the limo rides. Could someone please correct me if I am.
