Everyone knows Sean is celibate. It's strongly suggested he is celibate with his fiancée. So why would Sean lie to AshLee?
Answer: he wouldn't. That was one of the most vindictive things I've ever seen.
Something is not quite clear to me about Sean's celibacy. [b]Was Sean celibate with his last gf[
Yes observe I do believe I read where she said they were never intimate.

Ali needs to move on she also is delusional. Sean is not her and will never be her, didnt she get the memo he is celibate???

I am going to rock the boat a little (yes you may call me delusional too). I believe the truth lies in the middle. To AshLee she perceived some words to be her version of truth. To Sean he could have said some words that meant differently to him but could have been misconstrued. As to celibacy, again it's perception and relative truths as celibacy means differently to different people. Bill Clinton, is a perfect example, with his definition of sex.
Need to do something productive and stop hanging out in this forum (after Nick's season)

So happy to see that Des is soooo over Sean... and will make a terrific Bach'ette!
Ashlee needs to continue on with her therapy... the girl has issues. I do believe that Sean said something to the effect about not really caring for the other girls. Not so much on the basis of thinking that Ash wouldn't lie... but because Sean didn't try to deny it very much. We've seen him get angry and indignant... and he was way to passive over that last night IMO Plus he did say that she was the frontrunner, so if he thought it, and she knew it.... something was communicated between them.
Tierra was annoying in the house, no doubt about that, but I don't think she was as bad as Vienna or Courtney. She's more of a spoiled brat that vindictive bitch.
Wonder which girl CH had a crush on?? I bet he wants to follow in Jeff Probst's footsteps and end up dating a cast-off

I think Sean was damn if he do or damn if he don't. If he got indignant with Ashlee he would look like a jerk so he took the high road on this one. To me he looked so surprise that she would say/repeat something that he might have said. You can tell he was thinking of the best approach and it made him appear to look guilty.

If you're going to be damned either way..... you go with the truth. Sean was way to polite in his denial for it to hold any weight. Like I've said... we've seen how he gets when accused of something he thinks he's innocent of... the anger shows on his face and he clenches his fist.... he looks visibly upset.... at the WTA he just looked uncomfortable cuz she was telling on him.

My question is why she was, if she was. What does she have to gain? She said she had closure from watching him with the others. So what's the point?

It's human nature to want to justify your actions. Ashlee was very upset at the RC when she was let go and she wants people to know why she was so sure that she'd be staying and that either Cat or Lindsey would be the one to go. Makes sense to me.

Re: The Bachelor: Women Tell All - 3/04 - Discussion Thread
I just got to watch the 2nd hour of 'The Bachelor' this morning and I was very eager to get here and see everyone's take on Ashlee's comments/accusations. I'm a bit flummoxed. I see several possible scenarios. It seems the general opinion is that Ashlee is unbalanced and Sean definitely didn't say what she accuses. This is what I think possible:
1) Ashlee was white hot angry when she left. She could have been thinking all this time 'What would hurt Sean as much as he hurt me?' and knowing she would have the opportunity on WTA. She could have prepared it; she could be a very good actress.
2) Ashlee could be completely accurate in her recollection. Sean could have been 'blindsided' this time and really didn't know how to respond. If he berated her, he would be a villain. If the comments went unchallenged, he would be a villain. He responded as well as he could, but he was not prepared.
I think it could have been either way, but it was definitely fascinating television. We don't really know everything about either person's character. Could Ashlee be unbalanced enough and angry enough to pull this off with no basis? Could Sean show different aspects of his character away from the cameras? Could he sometimes be a player, as Des' brother accused?

tiger wrote:I do think Sean got caught up in the moment in the Fantasy Suite and probably said some things to AshLee that never should have been said unless he was 100% sure she would be the final one. I can see how she would have had the impression that she was going to be F1. Sean told her before she got in the limo, "I thought from the beginning that it would be you." The moment he said that, I thought that he had seriously misled her and told her something in the Fantasy Suite leading her to believe she would not be going home, and that he knew it and was trying to cover his behind... So, I guess I'm the only one who doesn't think AshLee is just completely crazy here. I do think she fell hard for Sean, but I think it's because she was being seriously misled from early on and strongly led to believe that she was F1 - moreso than the other girls.
You aren't the only one, perhaps one of the few that will state such.
For what it's worth--I agree with you.
If I had been accused of something I did not say--I would look a bit more than "befuddled". I would have been totally outraged and difficult to contain, especially given the fact it was on tv with a live audience. Just me.
Heck, we have seen much more outrage on this message board when people disagree. :shocked!:
No good deed goes unpunished.
Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, bye Felicia!

Oh, I think it would definitely be revenge. Doesn't anyone remember that from dating days? I had a roommate in school who gently dumped a boy and he had a block of gift wrapped ice delivered to her.
