Just curious, Love. With all your expertise, why do you include Catherine in his top 2? We barely know her...Sean barely knows her. She hasn't distinguished herself at all. How does she get in the top 2?

I think it has a lot to do with what the producers haven't shown. From what I was told a lot of Catherine & Sean's private 1-on-1 conversations were left on the cutting room floor. I am not sure why. That is what I am confused about. I am basing a lot of my opinions about what I see each week and the information that was shared with me. I still wonder honestly why she got such a late 1-on-1 date and only one at that. I guess those questions might be answered after the season ends.

Sean and Catherine are engaged now. She must have touched his heart in a way the other girls didn't.

Does anyone think that religion/faith had anything to do with Des and Sean not making it in the long run?

And I must say that we have seen very little discussion on air about faith and religion even though we know it's very important to Sean. I am just guessing that Lesley and Des could possibly find Sean's commitment to his faith greater than their own and are possibly uncomfortable with that.

I cannot wait to see Shay's visit this week. I really think this is the turning point of the season. Up to then he was trying to reassure the girls he liked, treat each girl exactly the same and liking them for different reasons (hence the "she could be my wife" and "I could see myself proposing to her" after ever date). I think today's episode will show that he is movin from that to who is the RIGHT one for HIM. they are all great, I agree, but he now needs to find the 1.

Do we know if they even show any of Shay's visit? She was there for such a short amount of time that I find it really odd.

If I am right, I think it is key to the rest of the season and Tierra's dismise.
Plus, TPTB would not fly her just to make Sean happy on her birthday!

I'm not sure if I'd have Catherine in my top 2 if not spoiled but the 1 on 1 date would have put her right up in the top few. He seems different with her than any of the others. I'll be very interested to see what happens with Desiree.

Sad to see Lesley leave tonight.

THIS. I don't see Sean so far gone for Des that he will not be able to recover after she leaves. Yes I think he likes her but I don't think he is in love with her when she leaves like De was with Graham.

As for Sean falling in love in Thailand and that being too late, I don't think that's the case at all.

Really? :shocked!: Isn't that after the HTDs? How can that be true love so late in the season?

You know, there are a lot of people who seem to think that the lead has to fall in love in the first couple of weeks for it to be lasting love (lust) and feel that the lead must have fallen out of love or been rejected by someone for the f1 to surface so late. Yet in the same breath, the whole concept is criticized because "no one can really fall in love that quickly" (which is the tune Fedotowsky now sings)..... if Sean has been thoughtful with all of the women, why is falling in love in Thailand too late? Sean firmly believes that when he falls in love, tells a woman he loves her, that that means he wants to marry her- i.e. same thing as an engagement (and the girls, while they are aware that other girls are dating him, only have to figure out if he's the one's for them and decide whether or not they'll say yes).
