That is Amy Bean. I think she's a handler, but maybe a producer. She can be seen in some of the stills of Sean and Tierra's date in St. Croix.... when Elan was filling in for Cassie (the car accident) .... she looked like she was involved in the production that day.

I wonder if now that Cassie is pregnant, Amy will take over for her or Cassie will keep working? It would be hard once the baby get's here to travel like that and with those hrs. Heck, it would be hard to be pregnant and keep the kind of crazy hours they do while filming.

Yes, Amy Bean is part of the production team, and she was also one of the women from Matt Grant's season.
