Well I was called jimmy neutron so it didnot and does not offend me one way or the other. However on a day when threads are locked because everybody knows why, that picture post is certainly a subtle jab. Imo it is provocative. Only the poster knows if it was intended that way!

If someone chooses to read it as provacative or negative that is their choice. I don't see what you see. Draven is the master of funny gifs! I love her humor!

I think the bachelorette was a great experience for Sean. That is he learned he can open up, get his heart broken and it is not the end of the world. He says he wouldn't trade that experience for anything. He also noted on the show he is selective. Starting a dating process with 25 or more women might not be his thing, especially since he does like to take it slow.

Sean reminds me somewhat of a male version of Stephanie Hogan (Jason season). Not talking about how far they came on the show but two mature people of faith who gave the show a chance, enjoyed the experience and will move on with their lives.

Happy for Arie, he's 30 has a cool career and wants more to his life, Love. I think Arie is misunderstood.
Emily talked about how guys didn't get her. They were attracted to her looks but didn't understand her quirkiness or other things that made her who she was inside. Arie faces the same thing. People look at him and expect this good looking guy to be a jet setter. Despite some criticism he received even on this forum for living with a woman with two kids ........I look at it this way.....the guy's heart was in the relationship. He wanted a family and that didn't work. I hope he finds a special lady. Sean was asked in an interview if he would keep the one black contestant on the show for more than a week. His reply was he dated a black woman before ....kind of shut up the interviewer but anyway, I think Arie would also be open to dating women of color. So I hope this season the producers actually do their jobs and bring in exceptional women of color. I come across them everyday don't know how the producers can select someone like Vienna and pass over so many beautiful, and intelligent women of color.

That has always been the elephant in the room. I think it tends to lean towards the preferences of the lead when the producers choose. I really am shocked with all the hoopla about Fleiss not having a minority for a lead that he didn't put a bandage on the franchise and choose latino Roberto. Fleiss is very confusing to read and his agenda is ever changing.

Im sure all the bickering back and forth that led to the thread shutdown was initiated by attempts at humor and sarcastism as well. The blowup was how it was received and responded to.

Now I miss my tabloid recaps every Wednesday morning I come here for. I live on the west coast so cannot see any until tomorrow.

I so agree, UMNGirl. I think his many Twitter and Facebook followers took up the charge and MF and his antics perpetuated it. I never really saw his sister campaign either. She may have tweeted her support a time or two but that's all that I ever saw. Not really all that different than when Arie's dad commented on his interest if you ask me.

I believe Sean has used his fame from the show as a platform for some of his charitable causes and faith much like Kiptyn. Those have been the causes that he has openly promoted and campaigned for - not The Bachelor.

Bravo announced today that Courtney Kerr will have her own new show "Courtney Loves Dallas". I am hoping that now that she and Sean are buds that he'll have an appearance or two on the show if MF will allow it. It'd be an easy win/win with their combined popularity.

In regards to your last paragraph, I tweeted the same thing to them earlier this morning. I didn't watch Courtney's previous show, but I'll be sure to watch this one after finding her blog late last year and becoming a fan. And if Sean is making an appearance, even more reason to watch.

When does the BP3 finale air again? I'm thinking we will get the formal announcement on there or during DWTS.

I agree. Did he really want the job? If he didn't, why didn't he tell his sister to back off? She seemed to want it more than he did. I always thought that he needed to find a girl in his own time. Sean is not the kind of guy that wants to be pushed or rushed when it comes to love. He seems so careful about his feelings and I think Bachelor could have been a real trial for him.

I think it could work for Sean as I believe he developed true feelings for Emily. I don't blame his sister for trying to give him a little shove in the romance department. May be just what he needs to let himself really fall for someone.

I'll be happy with either Arie or Sean. I really like both of them and think they both have great qualities that could make for a really good season.
