Yes! Arie the lanky dork was almost an improvement in comparison. But neither treated Becca well, maybe Garrett will?

IMO Becca went from the frypan(Ross), to the fire(Arie) and by accepting this lovely role of The Bachelorette, into the pit of the Hawaiian volcano.
The show is not the leads friend.

If Becca fell in love, which I believe she did by her behaviour during media, then there's a love story.

I am looking forward to sleuthing her interaction with Garrett as well as the other F2/F3 guys.

We can learn a lot by studying the edit vs what we see is real on our screen.

Yeah, it's just not a love story I can get behind or really care to see now. I'm still interested to see the guys, because there seems like there could be potentially some nice/cool ones.

I wonder what constitutes a real love story. I don’t think it’s rainbows and unicorns.
I think it really is working through the grist of life: in sickness and health, for richer or poorer- I kinda blank out a bit on the better or worse part, that’s pretty challenging personally. But ok been there and done it.
I think Wes on Jillys season said it best. Love does not come easy.

When talking about this show, for me, it's being able to recognize the lead falling in love.

The real love story doesn't happen until much later IMHO for the points you've stated @Kashathediva.

Some of the couples that have been together for sometime now building their lives and accomplishing so much after dealing with tabloid and SM trash is all part of the real love story IMHO.

So true @ GA and @kashathediva; and since the most successful couples went back HOME, ( meaning not moving to LA) and resuming a pretty normal life, I am very hesitant when I hear that Becca and Garrett may want to live there. Not a good sign in my book. Plus it’s SOOOO premature IMHO . The show has not even shown yet.

Kashathediva - first time in awhile on the board where I laughed out loud. Thank you. However what u r saying imo is sad but v true. i don't think the folk on the board r hating on G but a combination of dismay he is F1 with so v different ideals to B, shocked/disgusted by his lack of respect towards so many minority groups (incl children), devastated for B and the implications and concerned for her wellbeing. IMO if he left sm acct, acknowledged the criticism, apologises to the folk he has helped traumatised, and states he was re evaluating his views and was in a transition of change supported by B I could at least give him a small about of respect.

People with questionable values find their SOs too. It's possible that G and B are each other's person and we will see a real love story unfold on screen.

So I don't know how to bring it over here but I keep going back to this picture of Becca and Blake kissing with blue towels wrapped around them and comparing to the TMZ pics and now I'm questioning if we're absolutely sure that's Garrett...

I know someone said they saw Garrett at the airport but, proof?

This is probably just wishful thinking on my part but wouldn't it be funny if everyone was freaking out about Garrett and Becca was breathing a sigh of relief and cuddled up to Blake
