JMO. I had to use handicapped parking for my grandmother, my father and now my mother. People who abuse and block handicapped parking suck, from my own personal experience.

But I'm not staring out my front window watching people. That's a tad creepy, imho.

Having lived in a condo complex before it doesn't take much watching to know who drives what or what some are up to even if your minding your own business. And if reports are true and he's a repeat offender blocking the handicap spot, it wouldn't take much to figure out who it was.  Once or twice would be one thing, but sounds like its often.  

I wouldn't care about his normal habits but if he is repeat offender doing something he shouldn't and it bothers others or prohibits them from using something, then yes, it's more than ok to watch, say something to him about it and report him.  If your a neighbor, IMO.

I don’t watch my neighbors but I know which car belongs to each and where they park everyday. It’s the downside of a condo complex. You run into these people daily.

Arie sounds like a tool based on his neighbor’s info. Not surprising. JMO

The neighbor said he’s been fined a number of times for parking in that stall. Guess Arie the dyk might view it as part of his HOA fees since he still chooses to park there. That’s a pretty big condo complex so he does probably prevent another with true needs from using that designated space.

Absolutely not true, meaning, not a neighbor or a neighbor that is also a big, fat liar. In my opinion and from experience, and I have quite a bit of condo board experience (as I've consulted for nearly 100 of them), I'd say it's the former --- not a neighbor.

I'd be happy to have neighbours who are watching what's happening on my street. I don' t have anything to hide and maybe the creeps who broke into my house while I was out and robbed me would be sitting in a jail cell right now, right where they belong.
