I don't think it's that blatant. It's subtle and only the die-hard sleuthing fans would notice, IMO.

Wearing it in-state unless you're in Houston, there will be positive feedback! Out-of state I don't imagine the response is too great LMAO.

I've been checking to see if I can find the exact cap online, to no avail. I also checked to see if this was a hat they give out on hat day. I can't find it for this year anyway. The T symbol matches the Texas Rangers for sure.

Aside from the fact that I don't buy you can truly tell how new the cap is from a picture, didn't the Final 2 or 3 go to Dallas to meet Rachel's family? So we at least know he was in Texas at some point in the most recent months.

I think this is a very helpful train of thought -- if the cap is new (others could feel free to state that it looks worn or older) I think it might be possible for him to have acquired the cap during the MTP when he was with Rachel's family in Dallas. Could the year on the cap then signify something? 1972? Why that particular year? did the Rangers win?

When did Rachel's parents get married? I'm reaching but ....Maybe something significant to Rachel/family/Dallas date?

Didn't I read something about Jordan also rocking a hat I think a LA dodgers hat which was a clue that he was F1..?

I would definitely place more importance on capgate if Peter was unaccounted for during SHV's. I find it very hard to accept that Rachel and her F1 have gone a month without a SHV. IMO SHV's are very crucial for a bachelor relationship to survive. Without one, a relationship might as well as be DOA IMO.

It's not a fitted cap you can see the adjustment band on the back sticking out.  I think it says 1978.  Maybe the year her af1 was born (J/k).. I can't find it online but do wonder if it was s giveaway as I don't see him buying a non fitted cap or Rachel not asking for size prior to buying, if she did. IMO
