Kind of refreshing also that neither couple advertised this meet up and used it to promote their brands.  I like that.

IIRC comparisons can't be made in general discussion or fan threads because it drives the convo off topic. This one might be headed in that direction. But back to N&V.

I agree, Bet.  I think his rings are too flashy and a bit gaudy.  I too like simple and elegant. The way I see it is that if V&N decide it's not what they want, they can wait out the time for "ownership" and sell/have the stone reset and get something more in their own style.  Still, it's nice to have the ring you were given at proposal.   I just think Neil Lane selection is limited.

Wow! I think that was below the belt....

It's doubtful most people go into a relationship as a virgin. So with that train of thought, most of us receive or are sloppy seconds or thirds or -----.  I hate that term. It's demeaning. IMO and dehumanizing.

And I am soooo glad he was not chosen by either one. Vanessa, imo, is a much better fit for him.
