I wonder if they have film of Corinne and DeMario from the next day hanging out together with everything seemingly normal before Producers called them in and they saw film footage?? If so...that should be telling IMO.
The fact that Corinne keeps mentioning her boyfriend as a reason she would not have consented....IMO defies logic. Corinne deflected responsibility for her own actions repeatedly on Nick's season and this seems her MO. I see her as regretful after the fact and per Corinne putting the blame on others. IMO the blame for this messy situation lies with all parties involved.

What I'm wondering about is the original report yesterday (don't recall the source, but it was posted here) that a "third party complaint" was filed. One of our members (who said they are an attorney) explained that a third party complaint is when A sues B and (then) B sues C (the third party). In this scenario, I am assuming that A=Corrine, B=Upset Producer, C=MF.

My question is, IF the Upset Producer filed a third party complaint against MF, does that necessarily mean that a lawsuit had already been brought by Corrine against the Upset Producer? Perhaps one of our members may be able to answer. I'm trying to figure out WHO filed a complaint/lawsuit first. TIA to anyone that may be able to explain the legalities.

My instinct reading these accounts of the incident was that a lot of the information currently out there is coming from the franchise and that the franchise will do whatever it needs including throwing both D and C or both under the bus. It's disheartening and very sad to learn from you that the media industry is controlled by tptb much more than we think it is.

It is unfortunate IMO that C seems to be insinuating that D had more control of the situation than she did because I think the two of them going against each other will only give the franchise more they can use and more to work with to move attention from the misconduct that occurred that tptb are clearly implicated in through the producers. I do feel it's completely unethical that the show manipulates people and it's absolutely crossing the line to enable two people to engage in pornography when they were both overly inebriated simply for the sake of ratings. I hope there is some strong accountability.

Personally.... im tired of people drinking way too much ... on purpose ... and then blaming others for their conduct, so unless you're drink was spiked unknowingly to you .... take ownership of your actions or how about, grow up , drink less and stay in control ESPECIALLY when there's cameras around!! Or bring along your nanny or DB (designated babysitter) :babies:

But, Corinne is self employed...she runs a multi million business don't you know. And she sells her own platinum vagine t-shirts.

I don't understand why she was on if she had a boyfriend? It's meant to be about finding love? I wonder if she didn't have a boyfriend if she would of cared and if the show would of just gone on????jmo
