Btw, Lauren is currently out to dinner with her mom, sister, and brother celebrating her mom's birthday.

Oh.My.Gosh. First time I've seen that little interaction. How sad that he feels that inadequate. And then guilts her over it. He isn't ready for a relationship, poor guy.

I still don't get whst he expected her to say. 'Your 3 sentences were brilliantly though out, witty and wonderful!'

IMO it really says nothing about their priorities, that Ben went to a prescheduled charity trip, and while Lauren didn't join him, she hung out with friends and went out. IMO charity work is not a competition, and everyone does what they can, when they can. I love Ben for his charity work, but IMO it doesn't make him better than. IMO that attitude puts pressure on charity work, and that's not ideal. JMO

Oh, dear. That is the first time I have seen that clip. Eeeek!

Ben was clearly not happy with her and he called her out in public. I know he probably thought the cameras weren't rolling, but....yikes!

Ben was clearly not happy with her and he called her out in public.  I know he probably thought the cameras weren't rolling, but....yikes!  

He knew the cameras were rolling. This was filmed for their show. And they filmed the whole lead up/after math of the ATFR (and of course the ATFR itself.)

The problem isn't that he was on a charity trip and she stayed home....or that she hung out with friends. The problem was her behaviour while hanging out with those friends and the fact that said behaviour seems to becoming a pattern of late. That along with the fact that they haven't been together much lately and when they are together, generally both seem miserable, is a cause for questioning the state of their relationship, which many seem to be doing.

If she wasn't in a relationship, it would be not be an issue.

I'm certain that my DH would not want me out partying with other men, let alone sharing the same straw. I'm not faulting anyone here, but this shows me that Ben and Lauren are having problems.

What is her questionable behaviour? She had a few drinks with friends out in a club or a bar. Giggled and had a silly fun night. That's it. When he hangs out with friends for drinks, no one says hus behaviour is questionable. IMO
