Ben Higgins - Lauren Bushnell - Bachelor 20 - Discussion - #6

On JJ's IG stories, he snapped a video of Ben and Lauren playing hockey. Their smiles looks genuine. IDK anymore.

Just saw JJlane's IG story and Ben is speaking to some guys holding up a microphone and there's cameras filming. What's all of this for??
Ben looks so funny trying to ice skate. That poor man!

This post will probably get us off topic since I would like to correct what you said, however, I'll simply just say that all of these couples shill to a certain extent. They should all do it. It's easy money. It's about how they live their life. If you work other jobs, but also shill a bit, but focus on each other and live a relatively private life, that's what I'm all about.

Ben and Lauren have not done that. It's sadly pathetic. There hasn't been an ounce of normal life in the year they have been together. All JMO.

 

Alright. That's a huge exageration and not accurate. Sure, you are correct they were probably dumb to film HEA. I agree it threw them totally off track. Not wise. But not an ounce of normal life?  Before then they had plenty of "normal" time - low key with family, moving to Denver. Ben even went back to his normal job.

They met on the bachelor. They were in hiding from December through mid March. From mid March through May, two and a half months, they had some normalcy, but considering it's their first two months in public, it's not all that normal. HEA started at some point in June and went all summer long and everything involved with that show didn't end until some point in November. They barely spent any time together during December and January.

Maybe instead of saying an ounce, I should have said a quarter. As I stated in my first post, this one is also my opinion.

Well it's nice to see proof of them being in the same place at the same time for a change. Perhaps there's hope for them yet!

IMO , I think in one is insta story JJ was kind of mocking everyone saying they broke up. He was like ' oh my god Lauren and Ben are together on ice . What does that mean bachelor people' And Lauren is laughing out loud .

It must be something JJ Lane set up and invited his friends because according to Denver University's Twitter, they kept using the hashtag #jjlanevitational whatever that means. His daughter was there, and there was legit no one in the audience except probably Lauren, JJ lane's mom? And his daughter.

JJ is a sarcastic a$s IMO.  He is loyal to an extent to those who are his friends.  But he's also good at just stirring things up to cause drama, IMO.  Not sure I'd really take anything he said seriously.  

It is good they are actually together in the same space.  Guess I'll put ship Soulnell on hold, temporarily.

How do we know that Lauren isn't happy living in Denver? Are we speculating that or did she actually say she's not happy there?

Perhaps they really have learned from the "error of their ways." I'm all for second chances. You have to give them credit for continuing to try as long as they have - and apparently the towel isn't completely thrown in yet. They have stayed committed to trying longer than most. Of Bachelor couples, only the marrieds, Byron/Mary and Charlie/Sarah have lasted longer.

Of course when they are together there are cameras and it's for a media event
