Ben Higgins - Lauren Bushnell - Bachelor 20 - Discussion - #6

The one part of the GMA segment that annoyed me was Ben's advice about being honest with one's partner.
Yet in another interview today Ben says everything is "great" with Lauren.
IMO, Ben's the one that needs to be taking his own advice.

Even when singing a sad song Lauren just can't emote jeez. Just sing your heart out girl! Forget how you look in the video.

That song is sad. It's essentially saying "Are we only together because we're scared of being alone?"

This is why I've been of the thought process that they might not even break up, and why I definitely don't see Ben being the one to pull the plug if they ever do.

Better to be alone and feel lonely than to be in a relationship and feel lonely, IMO.

^^ scared of being alone could be the reason why they trying hard . everyone from bachelor franchise says it's hard to date and find genuine one once you have been in the franchise .

If that's what's keeping her with Ben: there's always Raya and BIP for these super famous reality tv folks that can't find someone mortal that's genuine

I appreciate the fact that Lauren can show her pain and keep it Real.  Yet many will still blame her. Ben is a smiles and false platitudes. Yet many will still applaud him. It sucks that somehow the woman is at fault. Ben celebrates NYC with his parents while Lauren cries in Colorado. One is real and one is fake. IMO

Lauren's 27 and Ben is 28. They both seem like nice people. I would bet there would be no issues trying to find someone else. JMO
