No one has to follow anyone on any SM. My question is why does Vanessa follow Rachel, only to not like or comment on any of Rachel's pictures? (I could be wrong but I haven't seen anything). What's the point?

it seems like both Rachel and Vanessa don't obsess over SM and probably could care less about each other's social media activities. IMO.

As for Vanessa following her and not liking stuff... who cares? I follow a lot of people and don't spend my entire day liking their posts JMO

Being that Rachel was emotionally invested, I'm sure it's possible she's just not interested in the hype surrounding Vanessa and Nick. Usually negative feelings work themselves out over time. I don't see it as a big deal, either.

@TheWrongReasons Thanks for the correction! And you don't have to spend all day liking people's posts but following someone and not liking any of their pics? I also haven't seen a comment from her either. Rachel's posted a total of 15 pictures since being back from filming and Vanessa hasn't liked a single one. Vanessa's posted 16 so she's also been pretty active. Most if not all the girls, including the ones she seems closest to have interacted with Rachel on IG in some way, be it comment or like, so IMO it's unlikely that she just coincidentally didn't see all of that.

If Rachel's lack of follow means she's not over w/e happened during filming, then so does the fact that Vanessa follows her yet has zero (from what I've seen) sm interaction with her.

Personally, I don't think either of them are that bothered tbh.

Let's see if V start interacting on Rachel's sm. If she does, that proves she reads here! Jmo.
Personally, I think different people act/react differently on sm. I follow lots of people on FB, but I don't "like" or comment on all of them, and vice versa. If someone doesn't like/comment my posts, I don't like/comment theirs back. Does that mean I have something against them? No. Its more like reciprocation. So I think I can kind of understanding why V doesn't do anything on Rachel's sm.

I do think it's weird to follow but not interact in any way - that extends to Danielle L finally following Vanessa back but also not liking/commenting on her stuff. I wonder if the show will just ignore/not show any Danielle L/Vanessa tension because Danielle leaves soon. I would imagine they would show at least some of the alleged fight with Rachel since Rachel is F3. I also think it's strange that Nick unliked the umbrella pic with Danielle L & has now also deleted the (already IMO impersonal) pic of their 1-on-1 on his IG. You dumped her, buddy (if spoilers are correct).

IMO since Vanessa was the last one standing, it was easier for her to let go of whatever happened and she followed Rachel as a courtesy or maybe extending an olive branch (IMO). Rachel for her own reasons didn't follow her back. Now if I were in Vanessa's place, I wouldn't go around liking Rachel's pictures after that since it would make me look like I am desperate to be her friend. If she were to unfollow Rachel now, it would attract more attention/discussions IMO. Vanessa would be smart to let the follow remain IMO. I personally think neither of them care since they both have good friends on the show and outside in the real world. All JMO.

IA this is one of the reason's I'm not a big F/B user, to avoid conversations such as we're having here pertaining to me personally. My good friends ask, why didn't you like my post, why didn't you play candy crush with me or whatever they send me, or to see who my real friends are, post this on your timeline. I just don't bother. They now know I'm not on there very much at all, so I can understand if someone isn't very active liking posts.

It's a small thing in a big world IMO

I don't interact with everyone on my Fbook either but IMO with Bach people, it's a bit different since they all went through this unique experience together ... and it's also interesting IMO that the two women observed with SM tension with Vanessa are the two she supposedly bad mouthed/had a fight with according to RS spoilers.

I'm curious to see how the show portrays everything.
