Well at least their idea of "goals" are super attainable.

What is funny to me is : so she is in Mexico for her birthday and said "girls trip". So that is maybe the reason Ben is not there. My question is :" why would Lauren not just pick another week or days to schedule this girls trip , so that her actual birthday she can spend with Ben. Plus her birthday post thanking everyone . Why would she say "only missing is Ben in Mexico " knowing Ben is home and no reason he can't. I will admit their recent sm posting seems something is up there . I am not saying they are breaking up soon. Just saying I just think something is odd. Jmo .

I would think Lauren. She's the one that picked it all out. I'm sure Ben misses his "rustic" look, I doubt he'd want to keep all that girly chit IMO.

But no big shock to me their relationship is imploding and coming to a head in February. They were supposed to have a wedding this month. I strongly feel like Ben pulling the plug on that caused waaaay too much irreversible damage. They (Lauren) tried for a bit after that. But this month she's supposed to be having her wedding. And she's not. So she'll probably be packing her bags instead. I think in Lauren's head it's over and I expect she'll go back to Denver only to pack her bags. 

I actually get the feeling it's Ben who is still clinging on/trying to save face. I've felt that way for a while. In all interviews since the cancelled wedding Lauren has said jack about the status of their relationship. It's always Ben who is saying they are "great" and "better than ever." PR spin. And Lauren is too real to want to play that game. We saw some of that on the show during the road trip/Vegas epi where they kept getting questioned about the wedding (this was right after Ben pulled the plug in real time). He was still happy/happy/fake/fake, and Lauren was upset about the amount of BS he was spinning.

I can't wait for their lovy dovy Valentine's tweets!

There was a moment in an interview they did when they attended that event for Nick's premiere and they were taking pictures together by the photographers and the second that was over, without saying anything to Ben, Lauren just walked away from him and he just stood there so awkwardly. I remember thinking how odd that was. It's all coming together

I hope Lauren's enjoying her birthday. That resort looks beautiful!

He'll probably go dig up his crappy old headboard-slash-garage door from the landfill, strip off all the nice white paint and then everything will be right again in his world.

Actually, now that I think about it, that may have been the beginning of the end. Lauren wanted a real bed, not an old garage door, and he couldn't handle getting rid of that link to his childhood when life was good and he was the centre of the universe. Adulting is hard, you guys.
